Probably it's not anything unusual. As many people say, no one's really 100% straight or gay. And I think other men's penises are not something that you see that often. So it's quite natural to be curious about them. Also, maybe you are aroused by the sight of other men masturbating because it makes you imagine doing the same with your own penis. And seeing penises makes you think of sex because a penis is a sex organ after all. Well, that's just my opinion. I might be totally wrong.

It's ok, it's not that uncommon. Lots of people like lots of different things, and most of it is all ok. I know a few straight men who are not attracted to other men but who very much enjoy penises and everything a penis can do for/with/to them.
