I am only twelve and already have a cup size of B. Most of the time i feel ashamed because people tend to snicker and spread rumors. So don't feel bad about it relax. Here is a question i found on yahoo answers; hope it helps.

I have been on birth control for 6 years, I exercise daily, and I take vitamins daily. I have no medical conditions. I have not experience natural breast growth since age 16.




Weight gain or pregnancy are the only natural things that will make your breasts significantly bigger. You may be able to give them a firmer appearance (and as result, slightly larger) by doing pectorial excersizes. If you keep them minimal, you're breasts won't appear muscly, but perhaps slightly bigger
I seriously doubt it's related to anything medical.I too was flatchested until I became pregnant...and that wasn't until age 40! I remember feeling the same way you might in gym class when I was in school.I was the only girl my age who didn't wear a bra.Have you considered looking into those "water" bras? Or even buying a bra that is padded? Or perhaps you will be the next famous supermodel!! Most famous models are also flatchested...it's an advantage in that industry.
My daughter is 27 and has no boobs, period. All she has are nipples. My mom is hugh, my second daughter is hugh, my fourth daughter is hugh and i am adequate, 34B. Her fathers mom is hugh as are the women on his side. You just gotta go with it. I was about a small B before i had kids, they really didn't grow much after childbirth and i tried to nurse. (didn't work)
She wears the push ups with the fiber filled cups. Either that, or implants for you, which i would advise against. You just have to play with the hand you were dealt with. There are many bras on the market that can help with out surgery.
Being flat chested is completely normal. Most of the women in my family have been flat chested, although several went up to a B cup when they had kids. I have plenty of friends as well that are flat chested and it can actually be sexier than having full breasts. You can get away with not wearing a bra and wearing really low cut shirts that still give a feminine and sensual vibe.

hey i have the same problem. i am now 21 and i went to my local doctor and he refered me to a hormone clynic. my body wasnt producing the hormone it is supposed to. i got my 1st period last year and my breasts are just hitting an A and no more. you should go to your doctors. x
hey, yeah, i'm pretty much in the same boat. I'm a first year uni student and the very idea of wearing a bra is a joke. It's just horizontal right the way down. It's not an exaggeration. Sigh. It's hard not to get self conscious about it, ey? I don't know...sometimes i get paranoid i'm being looked down on by all the other girls- even my friends- and pitied by all the guys cause of my upper 'lack'. The fact that i've been boyfriendless to date kind of supports that conclusion too. Cripes. I hate the idea of plastic surgery, but more and more i'm thinking about it, just keeping it in the back of my head. Although my folks wouldn't be too happy if i had work done, even if i somehow managed to scape some money together. And there's the risk of things going wrong too....I dunno. It just feels as though i'll never grow out of the stage of adolescence. I mean, jesus, 11 year olds have em bigger than me! Thanks boob fairy for missing me out. hah.
i am absolutely flat chested and i hate it so much. i've tried to mentally accept it and find my upper-half attractive, but i just can't. i don't know what to do anymore.. i hate the idea of plastic surgery but i feel so self-conscious whenever i'm naked with a guy.. even my boyfriend suggested breast implants when he was staring at me naked.. didn't mean it as an insult but i cried all night regardless.. i'm very flat.. AA and its basically just nipples.. do you think i should see a doctor? is there a hormone i'm lacking? i feel so un-womanly.
I'm 20 and my chest has been compared to mosquito bites, which to be honest they really are that tiny. Some people just aren't as well endowed as others and I have had that truth glaring at my face daily with such large breasted friends, but they never let me feel inadequate around them. Love yourself and your body because the confidence you have in yourself truly shows and that is an irresistible attractive quality. People who can't accept your body and feel the need to ridicule any part of you aren't people you should surround yourself with. If you ever do feel the need to alter yourself, do it for yourself and not for the sake of those who'd like to objectify and stare at something they deem as aesthetically pleasing.
I'm 27 and have no breasts either. It's an embarrassment when my boyfriend sees me naked and a relationship killer because it also increases my low self esteem. I hope there is someone out there that can help women like us. Society's image of beauty is so unrealistic. It's unfair! :-(

i'm going to try the breast pills called Breast Actives - got them reviewed by my doctor and naturopathy doctor.. we'll see how it goes!
it's nice to know i'm not the only one who is mentally affected by this though.
i know it stems largely from the media's perception of beauty in the western world (sexy = breasts) , and i've tried accepting my body the way it is - going out in public without a bra, doing photoshoots without a bra, telling myself in front of my boyfriend that i think my breasts are perfect (even though on the inside, i do not).
but it's really become the source of serious depression and cries all night for the last few years especially, since i've accepted that i'm definitely finished puberty.

I had no breasts but went onto being married and have 5 children. Always had to wear a padded bra. When I moved to Florida, it was too darn hot to wear a padded bra so had the smallest implants possible put in. By then I was nearly 60. It's one of the best investments I ever made, just to be able to wear a regular bra. I never sagged before and will never sag now. No one really knows the difference and I've told very few people because I am still small. No more worries about losing a bathing suit on a trip and having to find one for masectomy patients. It was such a relief and the saline solution in them actually keeps me cooler in the hot climate I live in. Good luck. Don't wait as long as I did.
