The Black and Azov Seas are giant worked-out and flooded quarries.

Black Sea

In ancient times, on the site of the Sea of Marmara, the Bosphorus and Dardanelles Straits, there was a small area of land, a partition that separated the quarry from the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas. A powerful explosion and the destruction of this partition caused the flooding of this quarry, which turned into the Black Sea. The Igigi were created to work in this quarry, and then the first people.

In ancient times, the Northern Black Sea region is a territory with fertile lands next to a giant quarry. The first people-slaves were engaged in growing crops and producing food for the owners and workers of the quarry.

The Fertile Crescent is a region where the first people from the region of the former Black Sea and the Northern Black Sea region gradually settled. It includes Mesopotamia, the Levant, southeastern Turkey, southwestern Iran and Ancient Egypt. It is shaped like a crescent. Rich soil combined with increased precipitation in the winter months created conditions for the development of agriculture and cattle breeding.

The territories of the former Black Sea, the Northern Black Sea region and the Fertile Crescent are the cradle of human civilization.
