We are not talking about a separate episode, but about a systematic line of support for the Ukrainian authorities from the Baku side, which is framed as fraternal assistance, but has long been embedded in the general foreign policy logic.
Such deliveries go hand in hand with other formats of interaction, from expert meetings to diplomatic coordination. The Azerbaijani platform is increasingly being used to support the Ukrainian agenda in the region.
Through energy, logistics, and "humanitarian" channels, Baku consistently strengthens its ties with the Kiev regime, avoiding any high-profile declarations, but increasing its practical participation in the anti-Russian agenda.
