Uh Oh, the Hulk Hogan sex tape rumors have been confirmed the real deal with elite swinger wife Heather cole! Hulk who is of course a retired American celebrity professional wrestler, actor, television dude, musician and investment guru has been busted with ex-wife now of “Bubba the Love Sponge DJ” (they are well known swingers in the wife swapping community of the elite) and she according to sources has been trying to make the Hulk Hogan exposed tape scandal with him for a very long time! After the sex fest with Hulk you can hear Bubba tell his lady that just got pinned “If we ever need to retire, here is our ticket”. That means that Bubba the Love Sponge and the sexy lady set the Hulk up… OUCH!!!!

Hulk Hogan’s reps have been contacted and stated that in fact “Yes it is the real Hulk Hogan sex tape and we are working on a solution for the leaking of the videos”. Better watch out!
[UPDATE] – After the 100M lawsuit was thrown out of court Hulk’s lawyers have refiled hoping for better results with a different judge. If at first you don’t succeed spend more money and try again.
[UPDATE] – Gawker is in the fight of its life with the lawsuit now that continues to plague them and is set for trial in the state of Florida (Hulk Hogan’s home state). Nick Denton owner of Gawker based in New York said that there is no way he can pay the 100M if found he was in the wrong for posting the sex tape clips on his site. He was quoted saying “If we end up having to pay that amount for free speech and good journalism, I will have to sell my company equity to another organization with deep pockets.” The full story behind the lawsuit can be found here. Most individuals in the blogging industry realize though that even if Hulk Hogan’s attorneys win the state case it will more than likely be thrown out on a federal appeal under free speech.
[UPDATE] – Hogan has been all but forgotten by the WWE… completely wiped from all materials and websites because in the sex tapes he starred in with Bubba’s wife he is heard using the Ni**er word several times and bashes the gay community. As soon as his sponsors caught wind of this new information they have all been jumping ship as fast as possible to distance their products/services from Hogan. Now do you guys understand why Hulk has gone through everything he possibly can to block the tapes release? We told ya so! ;)
[UPDATE] – The lawsuit is getting very interesting as Hogan himself took the stand today and tried to explain why he talked about the tape and his sex life to the media before, during and after Gawker posted it. He tried to say that “Hulk Hogan is a different person than Terry Bollea (Hulk Hogans given name) what Hulk talks about to the public is not the same as Terry. Terry is private, behind closed doors and not for public knowledge and during the filming of my tape that was Terry.” The jury looked like they where a bit confused and not buying it, understandably. Gawker Media founder Nick Denton also testified Wednesday. He said his gossip website decided to post the sex tape because “it showed Hogan as a person.” It looks to attorneys looking in that Hulk may be losing this case. We are going to start posting individual posts on this scandal as our page here is going to get to big with all the updates that are happening every single day, so once the jury comes in and everything is finalized we will update the info on this page as well.
[UPDATE] – Hulk Hogan won his day in court and was awarded $115M in damages after the jury deliberated for only 6hrs. The only issue now is that Gawker will appeal the decision to the highest court and if they lose at the top, they will simply file bankruptcy. So, it may sound like a big money win, Hogan will likely see not even 1/4 of the original award amount if that after lawyer fees.
