A mother and son in Massachusetts, USA, have been charged with incest after the man’s wife reported that she walked in on them having sexual intercourse.
Police were called to a residence in Fitchburg on May 20 after receiving a report of a disturbance. The responding officer was informed that a woman had caught her husband, Tony Lavoie, and his mother, Cheryl Lavoie, having sex, the Sentinel and Enterprise reported on Aug. 24.
The woman’s cousin spoke to the officer, who said that he received a call from Tony’s wife after she saw the incident and that she called 911 after.
The officer interrogated the mother and son separately. Both said that having sex was consensual.
When asked about why it happened, Tony, 43, said, “I don’t know. It just happened.” He also expressed that he wanted treatment.
Cheryl, 64, explained that they had gotten closer over the past months and that they just began kissing.
The mother and son were charged with incest and were summoned to appear in court on Aug. 20. The charge is a felony, and the two could face up to 20 years in prison.
The two were arraigned on Aug. 20 and both pleaded not guilty. The judge released them on personal recognizance and were ordered to stay away from each other.

Besides the structure, design and vibe everything else is mediocre
I liked the structure, design and vibe of this movie but everything else was kinda mediocre. It's basically a ghost haunting movie, of course the ghosts in different movies haunts for different reasons. But this one is a ghost haunting movie. Where two sibling kids that move like a spider Gollum especially the younger one that gets found in a small house in the woods. And a couple decides to take care of them because the guy feels responsible because they are the daughters of his brother who disappeared. And the 30yr old garage band girl who is the girlfriend of the guy because she feels that she needs to put up with it. This movie does a decent job of making a dis-likable character somewhat likable near the end. Like I said the structure, design and vibe adds a lot to the creepiness but when it comes to the story, it doesn't really stand out. This movie is much better than "Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark" which is another movie presented by Guillermo del Toro. But it doesn't reach the psychedelic dreamlike vibe that is creepy or even scary and yet beautiful although it tries to be. The film "The Orphanage" comes to mind.
