Go to www.kink.com/my/billing to view the status of your subscription and update your payment info, if needed. If you have no current subscriptions but are positive you paid for one, you may have multiple accounts. Please verify that the account you are logged into is indeed the account you bought a subscription on. If neither of these apply, please try clearing your cache and cookies via your browsers history. Restart your browser and log in to Kink.com again. If you still don't have access, please fill out our support form.
Q. I no longer have access to the email I signed up with. How can I update my email address without accessing the old one?
A. If you cannot access your old email account, please fill out our support form for assistance.
