Check your browsers console to see if there is a javascript error.

Make sure you delete the installation folder once the installation
has been
completed.
Leaving this folder on your server is a security risk.
If you're getting an Access denied error, that means one of two things:

If your uploads are failing, you will need to change your maximum upload limits on your
server. This requires access to your php.ini file. You may have to contact you host to
change these values.
