🟣What problems do diaper lovers most often face?
- I can't go in pamp at all. I can put it on, no matter how much I try to go, nothing comes out, even if I really need to go and push for a long time. It's like something controls me and forbids me to do it.
- I can wet my diaper, but for this I have to "set in" for a long time. Sometimes this happens in the toilet, but in the case of a diapers, it takes much longer. I pee very slowly, in a very weak trickle, and sometimes it even hurts. There are no problems without a diaper.
- I can mess my diaper, but only after an enema or taking laxatives. Without them, with a normal stool, it doesn't work at all, or it turns out only sometimes and not completely, and then the stomach hurts.
Life situation?
📖In neurology and psychiatry, there are such concepts as paruresis (CBS or cramped bladder syndrome) and parcopresis (CBoS or cramped bowel syndrome).
This syndrome manifests itself in such a way that when you try to go to the toilet, it seems to your brain that the same sign from Minecraft appears "it is impossible while there are monsters nearby).

This condition can be described as a social phobia. If there are other people nearby, or if you are in an unusual environment or in a new place, and you are familiar with such a problem, you can experience a whole range of very different sensations and states: from the need for a long setting to defecation, to the complete inability to go to the toilet, similar to blocking this ability. But most often, even for the owners of this problem, there is a super safe place – your own, as you can say your home toilet, which you know for 100%. It doesn't cause you fear or disgust. You know what size it is, what temperature is in the room, what sounds and lighting it has. You know that the door is locked and no one will spy on you.
Well, perhaps you now wanted to argue with me, because you like diapers. They're soft and cute. You are comfortable wearing them!
Hm... really. But I'm not saying that you're not comfortable walking in them. You are not comfortable using them for their intended purpose. And it can be handled.

Before dealing with SBS and SBoS, keep in mind that it is necessary to prevent or get rid of problems such as a dehydration and constipation.
💧It's easier to wet a diaper when you drink a lot of liquid (just water). Then your kidneys are working well, your bladder is filling up and you want to pee.
💩It's easier to mess a diaper when you eat and drink a lot. It is important to be hydrated and eat food containing a lot of fiber. Then your digestion work well and your bowels cleaning better.
Let's consider working methods of dealing with paruresis and parcopresis:
- Holding it till you can't. This method will inevitably make you pee or poop if you don't have a physical blockade of the excretory tract. This can be safely done in a diaper. But to endure for a long time is generally harmful. If you find that you can't do it, try another way or come back to trying later.
- Gradual getting used to a new toilet. You can try to go toilet on the street, in bushes, under a tree, at a party, at work, in a public toilet, or in a pamp, also combining this with method 1. Over time, the body will begin to recognize the new place as a potential toilet and will begin to "trust" it.
- Relaxing techniques and meditations. Since paruresis and parcopresis can work as social phobias, the reason for "blocking" the opportunity to go to the toilet can be high anxiety, which in general can make you unnecessarily close, strain. Breathing and meditation practices, relaxing music, a very comfortable environment and soothing hobbies can help you relieve anxiety. Also, by practicing diaper training, you will be able to reinforce your comfortable and relaxed state as a green light to pee or poop and relax more. Then the diaper will become not only an acceptable toilet, but also an element of safe space. The main thing is to keep a balance if you don't want to create a reflex to pee from relaxation or don't want to completely un-pottytrain.
- Visiting a psychologist or psychotherapist. Not infrequently, paruresis and parcopresis are formed as a protective reaction as a result of an trauma experienced in the past, received in the process of potty training, in the event of some accident or other traumatic event that you suffered in the toilet. For example: you were scared by your classmates in elementary school while you were peeing. A proven method is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Contact a therapist and feel free to open up and tell everything about your problem, starting from the earliest possible root causes, and ending with how you live with it. You will probably forget about your difficulties forever. And yes, feel free to highlight the topic of ABDL. A good psychologist or psychotherapist will never judge you, but it is quite possible that they will help you to "be friend for yourself" more.
🟣Sometimes DL can't use diapers because of various fears. Let's look at these fears and how to work with them:
- Fear of being judged. They'll think I'm bad, something wrong with me because I use diapers and in general it's a cringe! It's okay to put them on, but using them is already too much!
Put aside the fear of misunderstanding and condemnation. If you bought and put on a diaper, especially not for the first time, then you have already done some work on your safety. If you manage to keep it a secret from others, or if your loved ones know that you wear diapers and don't mind, if your partner is a DL, then you are already in safe space. And if not, then well, it may take a little more time and effort to secure a place where you don't have to hide from anyone. But if you are already doing well with this, you no longer need to hide. Spend some time with your thoughts, chat with other DLs, share it with your closest friends, whose support you are 100% sure of. Do the work on yourself, the result of which will be the legalization of yourself as a DL. Allow yourself to wear diapers and use them already! If you like diapers and like to wear them, then you should also like yourself in diapers. It's time to accept and love yourself. It will be much easier for you to live with this.
2. The fear that the diaper won't work. It will leak through and will not absorb anything! Just like regular underpants. Just drip-drip and there's a puddle on the floor...
I understand how it may be unusual for you to use pamps. Indeed, there may be a fear that it will not work, because you usually wear ordinary clothes, and here is some strange diaper-thing and there is no trust in it. Moreover, distrust of the absorbent ability of a diaper can be reinforced even more if you have previously practiced wetting in clothes (omorashi). After all, underpants or jeans can hold urine for a maximum of a second! Who said that the pamp doesn't work the same way? (And if drynites or goodnites were your first ones - isn't it a proof to you that the pamp can leak after one urination?) Almost always something new causes fear, and this is a normal reaction. But if you are already used to the subject and do not feel fear of it, but at the same time you feel fear of using it, then it means that it is the fear of the unknown and you do not know something about this subject. Check how many milliliters it holds (it's indicated on the package), study the work of the diaper for your own interest, make it clear to yourself that this is a real portable toilet. Donate one diaper to science – do the same experiment from advertising. Pour a glass of water into it. Then another one glass. And so on until it no longer stops filling up. If you really want the most reliable experiment, pee in a container and pour the entire volume of your urine into the pamp. It will probably be able to absorb as much, and more than once. And if it could do it lying on the floor, then most likely it will be able to do it on you.
3. Fear of dirtiness. It's disgusting for me to go into a diaper. I'll never wash off if I get it messy. And if you somehow move incorrectly, everything will get dirty...
Don't be afraid to get dirty. Keep in mind the idea that the diaper is in contact only with your body and only with your secretions. Even after the dirtiest diaper (of course your own), you will contact with fewer germs and dirt than in a home or even more a public toilet, simply because there is a sewer and dampness and not only you go there. This is a big plus of diapers – they are more hygienic than a toilet, if they are used correctly and safely! If you are afraid that you will not be able to clean up after a messy diaper, then just get ready. Be sure to use the powder, as it creates a screen between the skin and the contents of the diaper, additionally absorbs moisture and helps to get rid of the smell. Take everything you need: a diaper or a changing mat (if necessary), a new diaper, a roll of good toilet paper and large wet wipes with antibacterial impregnation. When it's time to change the pamp, just wipe it with the front part, then with toilet paper, then wipe everything clean with wet wipes. If you train in this thing, or if someone else is going to change your diaper, then you may not even need to go to the shower afterwards. There will be no poop stains, no smell. But it's still advisable to go to the shower, and then doubts about the cleanliness of your butt will disappear! And the main reason not to be afraid to wet and mess the diaper is that full diapers are nice and squishy! That squishy feeling after the feeling of relief is worth a couple of extra wet wipes and even a trip to the shower. Don't be afraid to squish a full pump, sit in it, rub it, do a mudslide. The more comfortable you will be in any condition of the diaper, the less anxious you will be from its applications.
4. Fear of accidents. The diaper will leak on a public, in front of everyone, and I don't wanna wash everything. And what if I stain the carpet?
Are you afraid that the pamp will leak from an unfortunate situation or from the fact that it absorbs little? Don't you want to wash your onesie or pants after that? Don't want to wash the carpet or the bed? Yes, unfortunately leaks happens. Keep this fact in mind. And keep in mind that if the diaper already can't absorb a drop of water and squelches like a wet boot from every movement, then sitting on a hard surface in it is the worst thing you can do if this surface can't be wiped with a cloth or thrown into the washing machine. But if the diaper is not completely full yet, then it means it is calmly coping with it's work. So you go about your business easilly. To make sure that all doubts disappear, make sure that the diaper is sufficiently capacious. Make sure it's of sufficient quality and is the right size for you. Different manufacturers may have slightly different size ranges and shapes of diapers, which can significantly affect the fit. Conduct a study: choose from a variety of pamps exactly those that are as "friendly" with your anatomy as possible. At the same time, try to maintain a balance of convenience and quality. The probability of leakage is affected not only by the compliance of the diaper with your size, but also by the power of the leakguards, the efficiency of the spreading layer and the capacity. High and tight leakguards protect against leakage around the legs. A large capacity increases the time until which the diaper is filled to the brim. But it is important to pay attention to the spreading layer. As pediatricians say, the best baby diaper is not one that absorbs a lot, but one that absorbs quickly. This is also works for adult diapers. I think not all DLs will agree that the absorption rate > the volume of absorption (fans of 9000 ml Trest with 3 boosters are clearly indignant now). But, if the spreading layer is weak, firstly, the liquid will concentrate only where it gets to, and the diaper will fill unevenly, and secondly, the liquid will flow freely over the diaper for some time, where the only obstacle will be the leakquards. A good spreading layer instantly absorbs the liquid and distributes it evenly over the absorbent layer. In the process of getting rid of this fear, you can use an empty cloth diaper or plastic pants over the diaper for the first time to avoid leaks. But after making sure that it does not leak, over time you will be able to wear a diaper without anxiety, even under clothes or sitting on an upholstered chair. You will learn to understand when there is a risk of leakage, and when there is nothing to worry about.
In the end, you got rid of all the phobias and it's absolutely comfortable for you to wet and mess your diaper, you have no prejudices and fears regarding their use. But can something else spoil your DL experience?
🟣Let's look at a few more particular problems:
- I have no problems going in a pamp, but somehow it turns out that if I put it on and even more decide to use it, then it takes all my day. Throughout the day I concentrate on the diaper.
- I manage to go in a diaper without much difficulty, but I either pee too frequent or poop a little and get distracted all the time to start the process again.
3. I have no problems with using pamps, though I can't do it while doing something else. If I'm filling my pamp, then I can't anything more.
Why?
If littlespace is triggered when you're wearing and using diapers, then perhaps your concentration on the diaper is its manifestation. Below we will consider all other cases. Even if you have a littlespace, the analysis of the following cases may also be relevant for you.
If littlespace does not manifest itself in this way, and if for you every diaper you put on doesn't become the beginning of a fetish BDSM game, for which you really need to make some preparations, then think about why you should passionately wait for putting on a diaper and using it as some incredible event? Yes, you may have a very strong fetish or you don't get the opportunity to stay padded very often, but you don't have to think only about it and deal only with it. Maybe you are afraid of getting an unpleasant experience if you don't concentrate on the diaper and the process of filling it entirely? Well, maybe you should wait, not paying attention to the diaper, and just do your favorite things, surround yourself with comfort. Since you took the time to put on a diaper, apparently the situation disposes. Use it when its time comes. And while you don't want to go to the toilet, just get some comfort being padded!
And what if in a diaper, as if by magic, you can pee or poop only in small portions, or you want to do it very often? In this case, it's definitely not worth spending the whole day waiting for when you want to continue your wet and stinky business, or looking for a comfortable position in which your bowels will straighten. And in the same way, there is no need to change the diaper after each squeezed out droplet. Just continue when the urge appears and change when the diaper is full.
🟣Have you ever paid attention to how children use diapers?

Jus some kid digs into their's lego, rolls down the hill, runs after someone, draws on the wall, and just somewhere in the process, sounds of hissing or farts begin to be heard, which of course no one is distracted. And only maybe someone who is in the process of potty training, or some three- or four-year-olders who have been put on diapers so that they just don't distract their parents from their toilet pauses, can distract themselves from hiding or catch-up for a couple of seconds, squatting down, doing everything as if on the ground, and then they will continue to play without even checking if they have a leak there.
Children are not distracted by using a diaper, because for them it is a normal process. It is not necessary for them to stop the game in order to fill the pamp, but nevertheless they can stop it if the diaper is already too full and unpleasantly wet. And what is bothering you from doing the same? Probably habit is bothering you.
To learn how to go in a diaper without being distracted from other things, you need only training.
What kind of skills do you need to work out? (if all of the above problems are no longer present)
- Don't ignore the urges. If you want to go to the toilet – just relax as much as possible, and if you really need to go, the process can begin by itself.
2. Don't strain yourself. You can push to speed up the process, but if you feel that you didn't finish and can't push out more to the end, just wait and do not strain yourself without meaning.
3. Learn to fill a diaper in different poses. Try to fill your pamp in different positions: standing straight, legs apart, on all fours, on the knees; sitting on the butt, squatting; lying on the side, on the back, on the stomach. You can even try a lying stop and a plank. The main thing in the process is to learn how to release yourself in these poses and make it clear to yourself that the diaper continues to work in different poses. Continue to train until you feel comfortable in any position.
4. Practice multitasking. Do household chores, study, work, hobbies, play games diapered. Do not stop doing your job on purpose, so that you have to go in the process. Choose for yourself some businesses, during which you will definitely be padded and if you want to go to the toilet, use your diaper. For example: washing dishes, gaming, reading books, watching TV shows.

For the best result according to points 3 and 4, drink a lot of water every day, eat bran, use laxatives, glycerin suppositories or fleet enemas. At your own risk, use diuretics. With strong unbearable urges, you will quickly understand when to stop suffering and how to relax properly, while you will wet and mess yourself in almost any position and doing almost any kind of work. Later, you will be able to work out these skills already from natural urges, eventually learning to fill diapers without being distracted from your affairs at all, without resorting to the help of diuretics and laxatives. The main thing is to change diapers on time. (And ventilate the room if your normie-friends about to visit you soon)
➕There is a way to make additional reinforcement – with the help of praise. If you have a CG or a partner who accepts your love for diapers, ask them to praise you every time you manage to wet and mess yourself without difficulty, gradually moving from the level of "I can use diapers" to the level of "I can use a diaper without paying attention to it and without being distracted from any affairs."
➕Also, if you have ABDL or DL friends, invite them to arrange a "diaper training marathon" together. Just believe me, if you are in littlespace, it'll work no less effectively than potty training in kindergarten under the influence of the collective.
➕Keep the un-potty training chart! Print out a chart and mark your progress with stickers to track your progress.⭐

Continue to train this way for about 1-2 months. The best result will be when you are diapered 24/7. Then your skills will be fixed most effectively. Who knows, maybe you will fastly cath everything on and one week will be enough for you!
Good luck with getting diapers-trained, and congratulations if you succeeded!
