How to swap POLLY with the Uniswap Web app
To connect your wallet to Uniswap:
1. Select the “Connect” icon.
2. Select the wallet you would like to connect (we will show the connection via MetaMask).
3. Tap to “Edit”.
4. Make sure the Polygon network is selected, then click “Update” and then “Connect”.
5. If your wallet is not listed, select “WalletConnect” to choose from the list of supported wallets.
If your wallet is a browser extension or desktop app, select “View All” to find your wallet. If your wallet is on a mobile device either scan the QR code or copy the WalletConnect link.
6. Your wallet will be prompted to approve the connection. Once approved your wallet will be connected!
To swap tokens on Uniswap follow these steps:
1. Before buying or selling a token, make sure you have enough funds in your wallet (~3 $POL) to pay the network fee, otherwise the transaction will fail.
2. Once you have connected your wallet, you can use a direct link to the trading pair
Or use the contract to search for the token manually: 0x53A7196EFf4049D1049574EBB0F4a10376913a3D
3. Enter the required amount for purchase and tap to "Review".
4. Review the swap details, and then select “Confirm Swap”.
5. In your wallet, approve spending for the token you are swapping.
This will require a network cost. If this is your first time swapping the token with the Uniswap protocol, then you’ll need to approve the token in order to trade it.
6. You will see “Swap success” and a green checkmark on screen when the transaction is successfully completed.
7. To sell the token, go back to step 3, but before that, tap to switch.
You have now successfully swapped POLLY!
