How to pass the affilated onboarding?

After purhasing TIN we will recieve something like that:

TIN: ZL 14 88 15 D, Name & DOB: Vladimir Putin, 09/20/1939, Address: 257 5rd Avenue, London, England, WC2H

You shall put in (in order): Name, Surname, date of birth, e-mail, e-mail again (company name, leave blank) and place where we live. Filling the empty fields: Vladimir Putin, 09/20/1939, e-mails (company name, leave blank) and: select United Kingdom, 5rd Avenue, 257, London, England, WC2H

Tap the top option and select purple button, it will bring up pop-up which should be in English (can change language in top-right, in case of Russian translation: английский for English), we select Individual (left option), and then select No (right option), after that third option comes up - we select No (right option. We fill everything with data same as under, on bottom we select I have a Non-US TIN and use ZL 14 88 15 D, then confirm. Then we select I consist, and do our "electronic signature", just copy-paste our "name". Press contiue, then our pop-up will close and ROYALTY TAX INTERVIEW COMPLETED will apear. Then we have to fill out the second form which almost same with exeption we need to select first option - "All services will be performed outside the U.S."

Now we just select our payment method.
