How to lower refresh rate?

To lower the refresh rate on MIUI, you need to install SetEdit application, scroll down and find a field called "user_refresh_rate". Tap on it, tap EDIT VALUE and enter 90, for example.

This does NOT require root and the most likely will NOT work on CUSTOM ROMs.
