To be able to connect the printer to a variety of office computers via the internet, follow the instructions below:


Step 1: Please install the printer for the server, the installation method will include the following small steps:


+ First: please Plug the power cord to connect to the printer and the server (any, preferably desktop) in the office.


+ Second: Each printer has its own driver, usually attached to the printer, but if it is lost, we can search on google and download it, go up and type "Driver + corresponding printer name"


+ Open Control Panel -> Printers and device or Printers and Faxes (with the word Printers or Device is selected because each Win operating system has different share name)


+ In the selection, This device will display a symbol for the printer you just installed for the server, right click and select Sharing => check the box Share this Printer => select Apply => click OK to share (public) the right to use the printer.


Note: During the process of sharing and using the printer, you must not turn off the server or the printer, multifunction machine or copier will not work.


Step two: Set up the right to share the printer over Wifi or LAN


+ For multiple computers to use the printer, you need to have a common local network connection between the external computers and the server (LAN or wifi).


+ Next, install the driver using the printer as installed with the server with other computers


+ Go to Control Panel -> Printers and Devices -> Add Printer -> add a network, select wireless or Bluetooth printer to detect the printer being shared on the network.


+ Ping IP and printer address with the syntax "\\ IP of computer 1 \ printer name installed in that computer" in Run to connect.
