How to use Insta stories?

Insta Stories are now as popular as Instagram posts so it is worth considering including them in your social marketing strategy.
IG Stories are a cool feature on Instagram that allows users to share a short story with their followers in a very immersive format.
To create an IG Story, tap on the profile picture at the top left corner of your screen. You can either take photos or videos from the app by tapping on the camera icon, or upload them to your camera roll.
Once you have decided on your story, it is possible to adjust it in any way that you wish. You can create a boomerang video and insert a selfie to the image overlay. Then, you can display it full-screen or resize your creative. To see more layout options, swipe left on the screen.
You can make your story more interesting and engaging by adding stickers, gifs and hashtags to it.
Another cool feature is Instagram Story Highlights. This allows you to save your favourite stories on your account for longer than 24 hours. Highlights will remain on your profile permanently and can be updated at anytime.
