How to get an electronic pass?

For attention of those who have not yet sent an electronic photo to create an electronic pass. Please, carefully read the Photo Requirements and send it to Vladimir by email at vladimir.gryaznov@urfu.ru or via telegram (+7922 203 93 21).

Requirements for electronic photography:

The photograph must be in electronic format (preferably taken in a photo studio). Scans from photos, passports and other photographs that do not meet the stated requirements are not allowed.

Photo format:

• JPEG
• Width 30 millimeters / from 600 to 1200 pixels
• Height 40 millimeters / from 600 to 1200 pixels
• File size up to 1 MB
• Resolution no lower than 600 dpi
• Face area from 60 to 80%

Additional Information on Imaging

• The location is strictly frontal, no turns
• Looking straight into the lens
• Neutral facial expression
• Eyes open and clearly visible
• No hats or dark glasses
• The image is sharp and clear
• Average contrast without deep shadows
• Plain white background

• When can I get an e-pass?

The e-pass is issued by the university security service approximately 2 weeks from the moment they receive the photo. But the fact is that most of the photos are rejected, you have to send them again and the production time increases.

When the e-pass is ready, Vladimir informs each student by email that they can come and pick it up.

• If I have already sent Vladimir an electronic version of the photo for documents, do I need to send it again?

• I don’t have an electronic version of the photo, what should I do?

You need to find the service "Photo for documents". You can ask one of the buddies to help you with this. The photographer needs to be informed that you need a color photo for documents in electronic form (JEPG format). This service costs from 300 rubles.
