The place is really good, feels like brand new and also is very clean. Outside are big car parkings, you got also a swimming pool, spa, gym. Having a bottle of wine waiting was a very nice surprise! Perfect place for the family. We were in 4 Persons apartment and it was actually better than presented on the pictures or described. We had 2 separate bedrooms both had Air condition , separate kitchen and 2 really large balconies. Easy check in and check out and nice and quiet neighbourhood. The cuisine of Greece is amazing, love all the taverns next to the beach, and the walking alley at the seaside. It wasn't too busy in early September. The beaches are mostly coarse sand, but are quite stony at the water's edge. A local shop sold a light slip-on shoe that was popular with beach goers who weren't comfortable walking over the stones into the sea. The sea wasn't the typical clear turquoise water I am used to finding in other Greek sea resorts but was more like you'd find on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. We found a fresh fish shop Fishmonger and was able to buy some nice Sea Bass which were delicious on our barbeque. There are some well maintained free to use tennis courts one of which doubles as a basketball court just of to the beach near the town. Several good well stocked supermarkets within a short drive - handy if you are self catering. Asprovalta is not a big town but it is very close to the Bulgarian border. You can expect to see a lot of families there and there were many tourists during our stay in the beginning of August. The beach in Asprovalta is perfectly fine, even though there are some stones in the sand and the sea. The latter is clean. Also Olympiada is a great option very close. The restaurants were always full and took a while to eat. The town and facilities are excellent but if you are not staying near the center you need a car as many hotels and apartments are outside the town. There very few taxis we saw only 2 and why there is not a shuttle bus service for the extensive accommodation outside the town needs to be addressed by the local Municipality. Nice little town. The beach is sandy with a few pebbles here and there. It gets deep quite fast but if you could swim, it is not a problem. The beach is extremely big and calm at the end of August - beginning of September. There are good restaurants, ice cream cafes and good sea food. Best choice in Asprovalta! The room is very big, the bed is comfortable, window glasses make it quite, nice mountain view from the big balcony, fridge with a small freezer in, It has everything that you need. The Ladies will enjoy the bathroom with its nice tub! Here you can feel, that the owner himself takes care of his guests and Haus place. He can read the wishes from your eyes, if not, your wish is out of this world! Magical place! Everything is considered down to the smallest detail - from the furniture in the rooms, through the spa area and the pool, the beach to the hotel, the breakfast But the real reason to feel magical is the staff!
