How to claim/redeem cKSM from Heiko Crowdloan using polkadot.js wallet.

if you have any problems with сlaim/redeem of cKSM-23/30 from Heiko Crowdloan via our platfrom you can use your polkadot.js wallet to do it by yourself.

If you want to redeem cKSM-23/30 from Heiko Crowdloan:

1) Open Polkadot.js and select Parallel Heiko chain.

2) Click on the "Developer" button and select "Extrinsics"

3) Select the correct wallet on which you have your cKSM-23/30 from the Parallel Heiko crowdloan, choose "crowdloans" in the Submit the following extrinsic tab and select "redeem(crowdloan, leaseStart, leaseEnd, amount)"

4) Input information as on the picture and click on the "Submit Transaction"

• crowdloan: u32 (ParaId) ：2126
• leaseStart: u32 (LeasePeriod)：23
• leaseEnd: u32 (LeasePeriod): 30
• amount: Compact (BalanceOf) KSM num *decimal (10^12)

5) Then you need to check your KSM in the Money Market or Overview page.

If you want to claim your cKSM-23/30 from Heiko Crowdloan:

1) Open Polkadot.js and select Parallel Heiko chain.

2) Click on the "Developer" button and select "Extrinsics"

3) Select the correct wallet on which you have your cKSM-23/30 from the Parallel Heiko crowdloan, choose "crowdloans" in the Submit the following extrinsic tab and select "claim(crowdloan, leaseStart, leaseEnd)"
