How to Rearrange Instagram Posts on Instagram Grid
Have you ever looked at your Instagram profile and wished you could change the order of your posts? Maybe an older photo would look much better somewhere else, or you want a few posts with similar colors to sit next to each other.
Instagram now makes this possible with the Reorder Grid feature. You can move your existing posts around and change the way they appear on your profile without deleting or reposting them.
How to Rearrange Your Instagram Grid
To try it, open your Instagram profile and tap Edit Profile. From there, select Reorder Grid. You'll see your posts and can simply move them into the positions you want.
You can rearrange your grid as many times as you like until you're happy with the result. Your posts aren't deleted, and you don't need to upload anything again. It's just a different way of organizing the content that's already on your profile.
This can be particularly helpful if you've had your account for a while and your older posts don't really match the way you want your profile to look now. Instead of removing them, you can give them a different place in your grid.
Before You Start Moving Things Around
It's also a good idea to check your older posts before you start. You might find photos or videos that you still like but no longer have saved on your phone. If you want to keep a copy, you can save them with Linkdownloader and then continue reorganizing your profile.
That way, you can take your time experimenting with different layouts without worrying about losing a photo you wanted to keep.
A Small Change That Makes a Difference
Your Instagram grid is one of the first things people see when they visit your profile. Being able to change the order of your posts gives you more freedom to decide how that first impression looks.
You don't need to delete old content or create a whole new feed. Sometimes, simply changing the order of a few posts is enough to make your profile feel fresh again.
