How to Provide Constructive Feedback?

It seems easy at first sight. But we want to suggest a couple of secrets on how to provide better feedback and help us understand your concerns and point of view. We collected all tips for a more constructive report to help you express your opinion because we value it and want to make our platform better for you :)

Let’s start!

1) Share everything you want to share with us about the platform, especially your thoughts on the gaming experience.

2) If you have any issues on the platform, describe what you did before and what you saw at the moment the problem appeared.

If you want to offer a better solution for us, you can also describe your vision of how we can make it better. Feel free to describe details –t all matters!

The quickest way to get the message across is to stick to:

1. Here is what I have an issue with 
2. Here is why I have an issue with it 
3. Here is how it could be better.

3) If you want to report several problems you had to deal with, please provide feedback effectively.

Describe problem by problem so that we can understand the issues better.

4) Use the English language.

As in any international company, all our team members speak English. It would be easier for us to check your feedback and understand your ideas and thoughts correctly if you use the English language.

5) We’d like to receive at least 2-3 sentences.
