1. Flash ROM via fastboot 

2. Reboot to Recovery (TWRP)

3. Use ADB Sideload from TWRP, check wipe Cache and Cache

Command : "adb sideload dfe.zip"

4. Format Data 2-3 times

5. Reboot system

- if u failed format data after DFE, u can reboot recovery once then u can format after

What Different Encypt and Decrypt?

For Simple, if u Decrypt u will never see stuck TWRP logo anymore, and ofc u can access ur storage even it with passcode in TWRP
