How to Complete KYC Verification on Cube Exchange

To ensure the security of our platform and comply with regulations, Cube Exchange requires all users to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This guide will help you successfully complete the process, even if you’ve never done it before.
Step 1: Register an Account
You need to create an account on Cube Exchange before starting the KYC process. Cube Exchange offers sign-up options through Google or Apple; direct email registration is not available.
1.Enter Spell Wallet application, Quests Tab to start Mission 1 (Cube Kyc)
2. Choose either “Sign up with Google” or “Sign up with Apple.” If you sign up with Apple, please provide your email.
3. Follow the prompts to link your account.
Step 2: Start the KYC Verification
Once registered, you need to verify your identity through the KYC process.
1. After logging in, click on the “Verify now” button or go directly to the KYC verification page.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to begin the verification process.
Step 3: Prepare Your Documents
To successfully pass the KYC verification, prepare and upload the necessary documents. Here’s what you need to know:
Commonly Accepted KYC Documents
• Passport: A valid passport with your full name and photo.
• Driving License: A driving license displaying your name and photo.
• ID Card: A national ID card.
• Residence Permit: A valid residence permit.
Proof of Address (If Required)
In some cases, you may also need to provide proof of address. The following documents are typically accepted:
• Tax Bill: Valid for 1 year.
• Mortgage Statement: Showing your name and address.
• Certificate of Voter Registration.
• Government Correspondence: Letters regarding benefits such as pensions, unemployment, or housing benefits.
• Cable Bill: Not from satellite TV companies.
• Landline Telephone Bill.
• Bank Statement: Must show the date of issue and your name, not older than 3 months.
• Utility Bill: For gas, electricity, water, or internet (not older than 3 months).
• Lease Agreement: Current and signed by both landlord and tenant.
• Credit Card Statement: Issued by a bank.
• Letter from a Recognized Public Authority or Public Servant: Any government-issued correspondence, not older than 3 months.
• Employer’s Certificate for Proof of Address.

After preparing your documents, follow the steps on the Cube Exchange platform to upload them. The review process might take some time, so be patient.
Tips for a Successful KYC Submission
To avoid delays or rejections, follow these tips:
• Do Not Censor or Edit Data: Submit your documents as they are, without any alterations.
• Avoid Glare in Photos: Ensure your photo is well-lit, without any glare that could obscure details.
• Make Sure All Four Corners Are Visible: When taking a photo of your document, ensure that all corners are included.
