How many of your YouTube channel subscribers get notifications?

YouTube has introduced an important metric for creators to look out for which shows the number of subscribers from your channel who have the notification bell in either the "All notifications" state, or who are at least eligible to receive notifications of your video uploads.
There are also some broad average percentages so you can see how your channel compares against the average channel on YouTube.
