How does PayPal exchange Bitcoin for USD?

The amount you receive does not include PayPal fees where applicable. Also please note that we do not execute orders above USD 1000,00.

At the moment all exchanges above USD 1000,00 will be refunded to your sending wallet with a fee of 10%. Please note that Evonax LLC is not responsible for any agreements made with third parties. Evonax LLC cannot be held responsible for any such agreement and will not help recover funds lost in such case. Please make sure that funds are sent to an PayPal account owned solely by you.

Once the transaction is completed, it is not possible to refund the USD on PayPal. Evonax LLC does not accept refunds made after the payments has been sent to the PayPal account of the customer. Please note that we strive to execute all exchanges as quick as possible, but an exchange can take up to 24 hours to complete.

What happens if my money is put on hold by PayPal?

Sometimes PayPal puts the money on hold after receiving the money. Please follow the guideline in this case:

Early release is available only by buyer confirmation, and that becomes possible 48 hours after the transaction. Please make sure to update order status in order to enable confirm button for us.

Here’s how to add your tracking information or change the order status:

1.Log in to your PayPal account.

2.Click Activity at the top of the page.

3.Find the transaction you would like to update, then click on the dropdown list in the 'Actions' column next to it.

4.Click Get your money in the dropdown list.

5.Select Service or Virtual Product.

How to start your exchange from Bitcoin to PayPal (USD)

1. Start your exchange by entering the Bitcoin amount you want to exchange into US dollars on your PayPal account
2. Enter your PayPal email address

How we handle your deposit and payout

When you start an exchange on Evonax, we generate a unique deposit address where you can deposit your BTC. When our system receive the agreed amount of BTC, we start the exchange process. Paypal orders are completed within 2-3 days and often within only a few minutes or hours.

If we not are able to complete the exchange, or you transfered a wrong amount of BTC, we will contact you by email, on the email you inputted as your Paypal email. If your Paypal email does not function as your contact email you should contact our support-team on.

If we are not able to contact you, and you do not contact us - in case we can't complete the exchange - we will cancel the exchange and send back the deposited BTC, minus original exchange fee, within 2-3 days.
