How do I transfer money on a Neteller account?

With NETELLER's Money Transfer option you can instantly send funds to other NETELLER members around the world.

To initiate this transfer, follow the steps below:

1. On the Money Transfer section from your NETELLER account select Send money to an email or NETELLER Account.

2. Enter the recipient’s email* and the amount that you would like to send, select the currency** of the transaction, and click on Continue.

3. A page with details of the transaction will appear on the screen. Click on Continue.

4. Enter your 6-digits verification code or your Secure ID and click on Confirm. ***

*You can also choose an email from the Select most used recipient drop-down menu within the My contacts tab.

**If you do not know the currency of the recipient's account, or they do not yet have a NETELLER Account, we suggest that you choose the currency of your own NETELLER Account.

***If you want to add the recipient to your trusted list, you can select the relevant option before clicking on Confirm. If you do so, you will not be asked for your 6-digits verification code or your Secure ID during your next transfer to that recipient.

What are the limits and the fees?

The amount you can send via this option is determined by your account status and the recipient’s account status with NETELLER. The limits are indicated during the transaction.

If you have an Unverified account, you will only be able to use Money Transfer once before verification is required. After using it once, we will need you to verify your NETELLER Account to continue using the Money Transfer option.
