How do I know if enforcement proceedings are pending?

@swiftmt103

On the official website of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) you can find out whether enforcement proceedings are being conducted against a private individual, individual entrepreneur or organization.

To do this, from the main page of the FSSP website, go to the "Information Systems" section and then to the "Data Bank of Enforcement Proceedings" section.

A description of the service and three tabs appear before the user: "Search for individuals", "Search for legal entities" and "Search for individual entrepreneurs".

In order to find out the debt, the user selects the territorial body of the FSSP, enters his full name and date of birth. No other information is required.

By clicking on the "Search" button, the citizen is prompted to enter a security code against automatic requests and receive the required information. If the enforcement proceedings are not in progress, then the screen will display the message “No results were found for your request”.

If enforcement proceedings are still underway, then in response the user of the system receives information in the form of a table. In the first column - full name, date of birth. In the second - the number of the executive case and the date. In the third - the details of the enforcement proceedings. The fourth column, called "Service", allows, by clicking on the link, either to pay the required amount through the QIWI system, or to display and print a ready-made receipt for paying the debt. The fifth column is the subject of execution, that is, for which the amount is collected, for example, “The traffic police fine”, “Transport tax”, etc. The sixth column is the address of the FSSP unit that is conducting the proceedings. And the last, seventh column is the surname and initials of the performer.

Similarly, in order to obtain information about enforcement proceedings against a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, it is sufficient to know its full official name. The registration address field is optional and optional.

This service is convenient for checking new business partners when making deals. In addition, in this way you can find out your debt, which has already gone through the judicial process and is being collected by the FSSP. For example, if a person has become a victim of scammers and in his name the attackers have taken a loan on a lost passport.

At the same time, a situation is possible when a citizen simply forgot to pay a fine, duty, tax, or something else. In this case, it is better to use this service in advance in order to avoid trouble - for example, when crossing the border.
