How do I join the Elomia team?

Elomia Health is a Ukrainian startup with a long-term goal to create an AI that can fully replace a therapist for 1 billion people who currently don't get help because of high price and stigma.

We started with a mobile app with an AI-powered companion that talks, responds, and offers helpful solutions like a therapist. The first AI version proved a high demand and won 5+ awards, even being not perfect. 

Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for people to join the team who are willing to work on our mission on an equal footing with the company's founders.

1. Volunteers with a good knowledge of English

Will need to help psychologists work on data to improve Elomia. Compensation depends on the level of English.

Part-time is possible.

Salary depends on the amount of time you are willing to devote to the work.

2. Psychologists with a good knowledge of English.

You will be working on data for AI under the guidance of our Chief Clinical Officer, Anastasiia Knysh, PhD with 11+ years of experience. Anastasiia was an intern at Oxford Brookes and Greenwich University.

Part-time is possible. 

Salary depends on the amount of time you are willing to devote to the work.

3. Flutter & Node.js Developer

You will need to develop our app and backend for it. Preference is given to candidates with iOS experience. 

Part-time is possible.

Salary: $1500 per month + company stock up to $100k.

4. Junior, Middle and Senior ML engineers.

You will need to improve Elomia's AI. We work with a modified version of BlenderBot and also use GPT-3. Experience with Bert and language models is welcome.

Full-time only.

Salary: $700 to $6000 per month + company stock up to $300k.

5. Media Buyers, ASO specialists

We will need to raise app revenue to $200K ARR in 12 months and are looking for part-time consultants. You must have experience with subscription apps.

Part-time only.

Salary depends on the amount of time you are willing to devote to the work.
