How do I become a content moderator?

You can nominate yourself by approaching Rajiv (@t_ink) or Suan (@Suan25) if you do not own or moderate any other similar community but be aware that the decisions are solely and discreetly made based on your activity history and reputation in the group.

Please be aware that the role of moderator requires dedication and regular time investment. As being one of the moderators you must be actively participating in the group.

Some best practices that can help you become @WritersClub moderator:

• Review posts in the groups/channels actively & regularly because that’s what keeps the motivation on. Kindly refer to ‘Review Guidelines’ as one-line reviews are not appreciated.
• Address member’s queries aptly and extend your help based on your expertise.
• Propose to conduct & participate in activities to encourage community’s interests.
• Be generous towards others, cooperate and act as a team.
• Encourage new members to participate and ask their purpose of joining the group.
• Earn gems.
