Task Automate the processes of equipment maintenance and repair. Prerequisites and motivation The company did not have a database of equipment and spare parts in electronic form. The single mechanism of communication of repair services wasn't developed, and it was necessary to correct equipment without assessment of a current condition. Solution The companies have decided to implement a SAP Topo system that would be able to automate the processes of equipment maintenance and repair. Results The new concept has helped to move to a new level of performance management of equipment maintenance and repair. What has changed: Important processes have been standardized and automated.
