I suspect semen is reasonably nutritious, so I'd be mostly worried about bacteria growing in what you've saved in the fridge as a potential source of food-poisoning. Though up to 4 days that might not be worth worrying about. Are you storing it in an airtight container?
Maybe another option is freezing it as ice-cubes and defrosting as needed?
