How To Make Myself Squirt
Aliyah Moore July 6, 2022 July 5, 2022
Learning how to make yourself squirt is NOT a hopeless battle. We’ve exhausted every possible technique women can try, so you can finally hit your gush button.
The fact you’re reading this means you probably found out that WOMEN can (get this) also ejaculate . Wild, right? And if you are just hearing about it from this article, I’m extremely happy to bring you the good news.
Female ejaculation is a very powerful and pleasurable experience . Well, actually, the term “female ejaculation” sounds kind of medical and doesn’t quite roll off the tongue. So let’s just call it “squirting.”
You’re probably wondering if you can learn how to squirt too. The answer is…
YES! Every woman can learn how to squirt.
I’m living proof of this and am more than happy to share the techniques I learned when I was a “squirter in training.”
In this article, I’ll introduce you to a 7-step squirting guide for beginners. I’m also going to talk a bit more about what squirting is and where it comes from.
Lay a towel down and get ready for some very fun learning.
You might think squirting is a trick that some people can naturally do, and others just aren’t. That isn’t TRUE.
Virtually all vagina-owners have the potential to squirt because literally, every single one of them has the anatomical structure to do so. The question is reaching it in the right way at the right time under the right circumstances.
Squirting is, quite simply, female ejaculation. So yes, female ejaculation is perfectly real and not a myth created by the porn industry, as some suggest.
It is when the woman expels tasteless, odorless liquid from her urethra, usually during an orgasm . How much fluid is expelled differs from person to person.
I know what you’re thinking, and NO. It’s NOT urine, and squirting is NOT peeing.
Peeing is voluntarily emptying your bladder, whereas squirting is a sudden and involuntary expulsion of fluid. There might be traces of urine IN it (because it expells through the urethra) , but the fluid itself isn’t pee.
If the presence of pee grosses you out, remember that pee is mostly water anyway and can be almost clear and odorless if you’re well hydrated.
Furthermore, the squirting liquid is produced by the Skene’s glands, not the kidneys.
I’m pretty sure most of you just got that confused. “The WHAT gland now?” look. I was just getting to that.
Squirting wouldn’t be possible without the G-spot and the Skene’s glands. So let’s take a closer look at both of them and see what they’re all about.
Let’s not waste time here. You’ve probably heard of the G-spot, right? It’s also known as “The Gräfenberg spot,” named after the German gynecologist who originally discovered it.
To this day, some people are still a little skeptical about the existence of the G-spot because it is so elusive: you can’t see it, and you can’t feel it unless you know where to look and how to find it.
The G-spot, believe it or not, is not a stand-alone organ. Instead, it is part of the clitoral network .
Indeed there is. What we refer to as the clitoris – that sensitive nub at the top of the vulva where the lips meet – is just part of a much bigger organ. You probably didn’t know this because most of its parts are located INSIDE the female body.
The G-spot is a spot where you can stimulate the clitoral roots. It’s about 2-3 inches deep inside the vagina , on the frontal wall (towards the belly), and it feels like a spongy type of tissue.
It’s extremely sensitive and responsible for most (if not all) penetrative orgasms.
G spot orgasms are very intense and are the gateway to the elusive SQUIRTING ORGASM.
It’s ok if you don’t know what the Skene’s glands are. But unfortunately, they’re not a part of the human anatomy everyone is familiar with, and I highly doubt my biology teacher ever mentioned it in class or something.
The only reason we’re talking about them is that you get a clearer picture of how squirting works.
The function of the Skene’s glands is to secrete fluids that lubricate the female urethra .
This natural lubrication helps with urination. They also serve as a self-cleaning system for your parts. The glands are located on either side of the urethra.
So the Skene’s glands’ main job is cleanliness, but they also have a side gig. Scientists believe they probably also provide the fluid for female ejaculation .
THAT makes the Skene’s glands similar to the male prostate, where male ejaculate is stored before the climax. Some people even nickname the Skene’s glands “the female prostate.”
Wait, didn’t we just talk about that?
Well, not exactly. We talked about what SQUIRTING is. The thing is, a woman can squirt without an orgasm.
Some girls squirt before climax; others do it without cumming at all. It’s a pleasurable experience on its own, but… squirting ORGASMS are next level. The combination of climax contractions and squirting can really make your toes curl.
So, to make matters clear, let’s just put this into words – a squirting orgasm is when a woman expels tasteless and odorless fluid from her urethra DURING orgasm.
It is a very intense and satisfying sensation , and it’s possible to achieve it even if you have never squirted before.
You just need time, patience, and good technique. Speaking of which…
The buildup to squirting can be a delicate process. You have to be ready for it so things go smoothly and the whole experience is pleasurable rather than feeling like a chore.
Make sure you’re relaxed and also willing to put in quite a bit of effort , especially if it’s your first time trying.
Making yourself squirt often requires lots of pressure on the G-spot and some intense stimulation. That means fast and repeatable motions. The whole ordeal can be a high-energy process, like a mini-workout. So make sure you have the energy and the will to do it.
Squirting can also feel very vulnerable because it involves the release of fluids from your body—sometimes a substantial amount.
That said, ensure you’ve accepted that a bunch of liquid will come gushing out of you, and you’re ok with that.
If you’re exploring squirting with a partner, talk about what will happen beforehand and make sure that you’re playing with someone who will support you and not react badly and make you feel insecure about the whole thing.
Relaxation – both physical and mental, is very important.
Otherwise, you may not be able to achieve an orgasm at all, let alone a squirting one. Do whatever will make you feel relaxed – put on music, light candles, dim the lights… whatever works .
Remove distractions like phones. Make sure you won’t be bothered by anyone.
Let’s be frank here – squirting is MESSY. So you have to be prepared for that, especially if you don’t want to deal with a whole lot of cleaning afterward or don’t want to sleep in a particularly wet spot.
If you’re planning to play on your bed, you can use a water-resistant mattress protector or DIY one from plastic wrap or a plastic bag underneath the sheets. However, if it’s over the sheets, it will most likely feel very unpleasant on your skin and dampen your good time.
So now that you got the mattress covered ( cause it would be a nightmare to clean and dry ), you can also try to avoid changing the sheets altogether.
Lay some towels or absorbent pads over them. Cover a big surface because if you squirt hard, you might spray liquid quite far. This tip is also useful if you plan to play on the floor or anywhere else.
To avoid virtually ALL clean-up, get in the bathtub or shower . But don’t push it if you don’t feel comfortable in that space because you won’t be able to cum.
When you’re about to squirt, it often feels like you’re about to pee. Because of this, many girls tense up and try to stop the flow. Holding back will prevent you from squirting.
If you pee beforehand, you’ll be more able to relax and let go since you won’t think you’ll pee on the bed.
It’s an obvious one, isn’t it? Arousal is needed for all types of orgasms.
Since we’re talking about squirting, it’s even more important you DON’T RUSH THINGS. Instead, take your time and get REALLY worked up.
Don’t start with stimulating the external clit just yet. Build up the tension. Read an erotic novel, watch a porno, or just a particularly sexy movie scene, chat with a long-distance partner, and send each other some provocative pics.
Foreplay is your friend – yes, even when you’re alone .
Give your body the attention it deserves – your genitals aren’t the only sweet spot on your body. Caress yourself – your breasts, belly, neck, and arms. Tease yourself by touching the inner parts of your thighs. Play around with speed and pressure.
After you already feel turned on and start to get wet, go below the belt.
Some synthetic lubricants won’t hurt even if you’re naturally very wet. On the contrary – it will prevent you from drying out during a long session and ensure you’re having a good time. A lot of lubes even help you produce more natural lubrication!
The most versatile option is water-based lube. It’s completely safe for condoms or toys you might want to use. Also, it’s available in every drugstore or supermarket.
There are also silicone-based and oil-based lubes. They are smoother and last longer. Use them ONLY IF YOU AREN’T PLANNING on using any silicone toys or condoms because these lubricants WILL damage them.
With your fingers and vulva all nice and wet, start playing with your clit. Use whatever technique and pressure feel right for you. Try out different stuff. You can also use a sex toy to make things more intense.
When sexually aroused, your genitals fill up with blood and become swollen. It’s just like guys having an erection. The vulva experiences engorgement just like penises do when stimulated.
The swelling will also make the G-spot larger and thus easier to find and stimulate, so getting super turned on is a great way to prepare yourself for squirting.
The G-spot is tricky to find. So much so that there are myths the G-spot doesn’t even exist. Luckily, that’s not true. It’s there – you just have to know where to look.
As I said previously, the G-spot is located 2-3 inches deep in the vagina, on the frontal wall, and the area feels spongy.
To find it, insert one or two fingers into your vagina. The fingers should be slightly curved towards your belly. Start feeling around.
Don’t forget to clean your hands before doing any of this!
The vagina is very sensitive and gets irritated and infected easily, so you must make sure there are no germs or debris on your fingers. It’s also very important that your nails are cut short and filed smooth. Rough edges can cut you and damage the vaginal tissue.
You’re looking for a spot that feels different from the rest of the vagina and is way more sensitive. Take your time – you’ll definitely know when you’ve found it.
Now that you’ve found the G-spot, it’s time to have a little fun.
If this is a new sensation for you, take your time experimenting with different strokes until you find something that feels good.
One of the most popular ones is the come hither motion . With your fingers inside your vagina and curved toward your belly button, start moving them like you want somebody to come to you.
You can also experiment with tapping movements , circular massage , side-to-side stroking , etc.
Try out different levels of speed and pressure. In general, up-and-down movements are BETTER for G-spot stimulation than an in-and-out motion.
If you find it hard using your fingers, you can always get a good sex toy to help you out.
Some vibrators are designed SPECIFICALLY for G-spot stimulation. They are curved upwards towards the tip to put more pressure exactly where you need to. There are also rabbit vibrators that are designed for DUAL stimulation. That means they pleasure you externally and internally at the same time!
If your squirting journey is the first time you’re buying a sex toy, you need to know some basics.
I would also recommend some of my favorite toys for mind-blowing squirting orgasms.
First place is for the Lovense Osci 2 ! The oscillating tip delivers strong rumbly vibrations RIGHT on the G-spot! In addition, it has a free app you can connect to via Bluetooth. The app lets you create your OWN vibration patterns.
When it comes to rabbit vibrators, my go-to is the Lovense Nora . It also has an app for endless vibration mode possibilities AND a rotating head for extra G-spot stimulation.
Once you find what works best for you, stick with it! The secret to the female orgasm is a steady pace .
Keep in mind that the more pressure you put on the G-spot, the easier it will be for you to squirt. However, you should go only as hard as it is enjoyable for you.
The pain won’t get you closer to your end goal.
This is the hard part, especially if you’re using your fingers. You have to take your time – if you rush things, you won’t get the desired result.
Keep the intensity up, and keep going! Lean into the feeling. You can kick things up a notch by adding some clitoral stimulation.
If you feel like you need to pee – THAT’S A GOOD SIGN.
It means you’re about to squirt. So if you followed my instructions and went to the bathroom beforehand, let go of the fear you’ll pee on the bed.
And even if you do – who cares? It’s just pee. We’re all adults here. (Some are even into it.)
The important thing is to let go and relax. You’re almost there! You might even try bearing down the way you would when peeing.
It’s essential to be able to communicate with YOURSELF.
Pay attention to what feels good to you and what doesn’t. It’s not important to follow these instructions to the last detail. What’s important is doing what YOUR body needs you to do.
G-spot stimulation is the most popular way to make yourself or someone else squirt. BUT it’s certainly not the ONLY way.
Other types of stimulation can result in squirting, too – vaginal penetration, clitoral stimulation, anal stimulation, or some combination of these.
So don’t worry if the G-spot method isn’t enough for you to get there. Instead, listen to your body and follow its lead.
Being relaxed, putting some pressure on the G-spot, and not stopping when you feel like you have to pee are the most important points in this guide, but the limit is your imagination.
Squirting may be a little tricky to achieve, BUT it is possible for everyone who has a vagina! So if you want to be able to do it, just take your time and try, try, try again .
Remember that you should do this only for YOURSELF. Sex can be extremely satisfying even without squirting, so don’t put pressure on yourself.
That said, I’m pretty sure if you follow this guide, you’re in for a very fun learning experience.

Squirting is the release, or discharge, of a noticeable amount of fluid from a woman’s urethra when she is sexually stimulated or having an orgasm.
But there’s more to it than that. Is it the same as female ejaculate? Because this story of female squirting actually begins from the female ejaculate.
Just like men have their own ejaculate, so do women. It’s just that most women aren’t aware of this. When a woman ejaculates during a state of arousal or when she has an orgasm, we call it a female ejaculation *duh?* and sometimes, in specific circumstances, it’s also called squirting or a squirting orgasm.
What are those circumstances that make a girl squirt? We’ll get there, and you WILL be a know-it-all about squirting in a few minutes. [Read: Debunking the myths on female ejaculation and everything else you need to know ]
The female ejaculate is a spurt of liquid that is expelled from a woman’s urethra *yup, that’s your pee pipe* when someone *or you do it yoursel
