  • Select the down arrow menu on the right to select your scanner, under "Scan".
  • To start your scan, select the Scan button.

Note: Scanned files are saved to the location you specified in the "Scan to" option. Now, to find the files that you scanned, select Show file location.

Add your printer to your Chromebook

  • At the bottom right of your Chromebook, select the time then select Settings.
  • Next, at the bottom, select Advanced.
  • Under the option "Print and scan," select Printers.
  • Select Save under the option "Available printers to save," next to your printer.
  • Check if your printer is there at the top, under "Saved printers." If your printer doesn’t appear, try turning your Chromebook’s Wi-Fi off and back on.
