This area addresses the monitoring of Hong Kong residents' food intake during the weekdays and the days after meals as well as the frequency of intakes of drinks aside from water in home and at the office. The third region addresses the evaluation of calcium along with vitamin D in urine samples in addition to blood samples.
The fourth area focuses on the monitoring of serum antioxidant aspects. The fifth focuses on the observation of blood pressure levels and glucose levels. The sixth concentrates on observation of the CADR and/or the Chinese Crested Currency Rate. The seventh targets the instruction of the contact particulars of the Hong Kong resident's household and contact numbers of their personal health professionals along with their corresponding practices.
The Macao Health Code also contains the provisions for the documentation of emergency healthcare. It stipulates the location of their nearest hospital with an emergency department. The emergency medical care of the Hong Kong residents is offered by the nearest hospitals as listed in the emergency area. To be able to facilitate the documentation of this patient's condition, the designated health officer of this area is needed to accompany the patient to the hospital. The emergency room physician in Hong Kong can give directions or refer the patient into the correct specialist. In case the hospital is not recorded in the emergency area, the local doctor can provide instructions.
To be able to ensure the Macao Health Code is observed, a Macao Health Declaration form has to be available locally. This form is obtained from the local government office and affixed to the door of the residence of the resident. The form comprises the personal advice of the resident and contact numbers of the loved ones and immediate relatives, as well as the contact number of the nearest doctor in the area. When a resident is hospitalized, then his hospitalization report is usually attached to his personal declaration form. In the case of minor children, the doctor should be contacted immediately so that the child can be returned to the house in 1 piece.
The digital health declaration form can be collected at any of the Health Ministry offices around the date indicated on the form. On collecting the form in the Health Ministry office, it is stamped with the seal of the Health Ministry and forwarded for signature by the applicant. The applicant can then proceed to sign the digital health declaration form and return to the concerned local Health Department for verification. On receipt of the signature of the offender, his case is confirmed and his certificate of eligibility has been issued.
