edit: Found another article about the skeletal difference between the pelvis of the sexes. Dimorphism between pelvis shapes starts as early as the womb though most noticeable changes occur during puberty. This is caused by multiple factors, including hormone exposure/production as well as environmental and genetic influence. Anyway, keep in mind that there is a lot of variation regardless.

A really common mistake that even experienced artists make is not matching the pelvis with the rest of the body, causing the appearance of a broken spine. I've done this myself many times!
The spread legs pose, whether squatting or sitting is one of the most difficult to get right. Here's some studies I did with breakdowns for things to watch out for.
I drew a little strip of pubic hair to give an extra visual queue to the direction of the pelvis.

Very true.
Used to do it so long ago and sometimes when I'm sketching I catch myself doing it- but mainly with dick placement.
It's why porn or nude photography can be a blessing as reference material.

Oh yeah, I was terrible at dick placement until someone told me the dick placement ---> clitoris placement thing. Seems like a no-brainer but I had never thought of it like that before.
This is a really great tutorial, its only a subtle difference but it does change a lot! Im not even a porn person but i can still appreciate how well done this is c:

Thank you. I made this sfw version too, because its still comes in handy to know for people who don't draw porn. For example, sitting in a chair either straight or slouching, it becomes obvious if the pelvis is the wrong direction.

Your work has a lot of positive qualities already! I really like the warm feeling of your pieces.
I wouldn't worry too much. Gaps in knowledge can almost always be filled in with observation, and from what I see of your work you seem to have a great grasp on how to glean stuff from observation already. Its a really awesome skill to have :)

I kinda agree... but Retards is a strong word. I prefer mentally challenged. Please remember that just because someone is retarded that doesn't mean that they don't deserve you respect.

Apart from the fact that it's easy enough to find those kind of pictures, if anybody did actually post a picture of a vagina, cartoon or not, they would be banned on the spot. I suggest you read the BBS Rules before you suggest anything else stupid.
