How Online Notarization Works

1. You upload a document and fill in the required information.

2. You log in to the notarization portal and verify your identity (you will take a photo of your Passport or Driver License or other photo ID and then take a selfie).

3. I meet with you on a video call - just like Zoom - and we electronically sign your documents.

4. I add my notary stamp to the document and complete the session.

5. Notarization platform charges you its fee and immediately send you your notarized document via email.

Alternatively, you can send me an email to akozlovnotary@gmail.com or text me at 352-897-0811 - and I will set up a session for you, you will need just to follow the link from your invitation email.

Notarization platform fee is $25 for 1 signer and 1 stamp.

Each additional signer - $4. Each additional stamp - $8.
