Our team:

The team consists of 9 people:

Captain and 8 participants.

The advantage of a Team is in the support of its members to each other and in a healthy competitive spirit in order to help you achieve the best results. Changing eating habits and adjusting weight in a team with a supportive coach can be easier than trying to do this alone. Anyone who once felt it, will definitely appreciate the effect of the team.

Team captain:

The Team Captain is an experienced Nutrition Coach who creates personalized meal plans and supports all members both as a group and individually. In addition, the Captain himself is a member of the Team and sets an example for everyone.

Structure of the Marathon

The team consists of 9 people, including the Captain, the Coach.

One of the participants (the most active and motivated) can be appointed as an assistant to the Captain. The Assistant Captain’s role is to bring their friends to the team and gradually master the functions of the Team Captain.

Each team run lasts 10 days which is a lap and can be repeated.

Participants report daily on their meal plan, weight and physical activity.

Every day, a special chatbot sends useful articles and materials on a specific topic. It is necessary to turn on notifications from the chatbot, so as not to miss important information that may be useful to you!

Structure of the Marathon
  • The team competes with other teams in the League, and at the end of the month the most successful team is revealed.
  • You can invite friends to your team - it's always more fun with friends!


Participation rules (Please speak to your coach on the Rules of Compliance) 

These rules will help you achieve maximum results.

Together with your coach, determine the most suitable nutrition program for you.

If you decide to join the main team of the Marathon, you need to replace 2 main meals during the day with Herbalife Nutrition Healthy Meal shakes, and also change some of your drinks to special target products that support healthy hydration, promote energy and weight management.

  • Daily report: You must weigh yourself every morning(*1) and send your morning weight to the Captain.
  • It is necessary to keep a food log on the principle of "bite off - write it down." During the day, we remember that we need to weigh ourselves tomorrow morning, and therefore we behave responsibly!
  • Physical activity is highly encouraged!
  • Share your experience in a group and motivate others.
  • Focus, consistency and motivation are the keys to success.
  • All participants should enjoy the process!

Personal nutrition plan
  • Tell your Captain in detail about your eating habits and general well-being.
  • Describe your typical day: what you eat and drink from morning to night.
  • Your coach will help you determine your personal protein and fibre needs, the required number and structure of meals and snacks throughout the day, the water regime, the necessary physical activity, as well as the rest and sleep regimen.
  • During the first three laps, your program will be constantly optimised based on the analysis of your progress.

  • Send your photo (portrait) to the Captain to be included in the collage of the team

  • Tell the Captain your current morning weight
