Just keep a normal posture, and see how many fingers you can place horizontally, between the bottom of your chin and neck. If you can fit 3+ fingers, it means you're not a real incel, since you actually have forward growth. If it's less than 3, you're a real incel.

A vagina or anus do not have a ‘hyme’, what they often have are muscles and skin. If you stretch to much or fast then the skin inside (+ muscles) could damage/get cut. Thus there will be blood flowing. You can achieve this practically any time of your life. You do not need an actual hyme for that.

Some people use painkillers or alcohol or drugs to make this proces less painful.
