Franklin Armory BFSiii (Gen3 BFS) Trigger Install & Function Test 0 So with these binary triggers like the Fostech and Franklin Armory when you pull the trigger it fires and is one function, when you release the trigger and it fires it is a second function, so they should be legal . It worked fine for controlled pairs but sustained fire had a few hiccups Franklin Armory released their GEN 3 Binary Trigger (BFS- Binary Firing System) back in late 2016, but the triggers have been in short supply for retail dealers until April of this year .

When placed in the binary mode, it works through two separate trigger actions They both ran good but they were not in a **** rifle . It does however increase your rate of fire by offering a 3 position on your selector which fires on not only the pull but the Release as well which increases your rate of fire Even though Franklin manufactures binary triggers, it has nothing to do with firing only on the release, or else we would have seen some very short trap shotguns decades ago .
