Do you want to hear it straight from a woman’s mouth? *Pun is very determined* What does the semen taste like? Ever wondered what other people’s semen tastes like? We’ve got a few ideas from women *and men* and everything you need to know about the little things. It’s called sperm and its taste!
Let’s face it, most people don’t know exactly what cum tastes. Because there are some people who do not fully understand the problem of swallowing. Obviously there is not much smell. But the taste will vary from person to person. It depends on the chemical makeup of the body. It can also be determined by what people eat.
Semen is not really designed for consumption. And it’s not recommended as an urban lore beauty staple. Yes, some people try it in place of a moisturizer. But is it really easy to buy?
However, this is not about the benefits of semen as a beauty product. This attribute is about the taste of people different from all walks of life. And we have a collection of interesting and interesting ideas about the taste of semen here.
We’ll be getting to the science behind the flavor of the ultimate and the little things that affect it shortly. but before that Let’s read about women’s experiences with sperm first. Or, more appropriately, the taste of cum.
This is the best testimony we’ve come across about super tastes. Read on before we get into the scientific details.
Since we are talking about the taste of cum. It is therefore not surprising that most of them are compared with other types of food and food, um?
– “If you eat a lot of meat and junk food Your semen will taste ugly. On the other hand, I turned to a man who lives next to Dairy Queen *and eats a lot of ice cream*, and oh my god!”??
– “Personally, I think it tastes like really salted egg whites.”??
“For some reason I always associate flavor with oysters. I’ve only eaten oysters once… So I might be wrong.”??
– “It has a bitter taste like pepper; It made my tongue slightly numb. The salty aftertaste is like tears. It’s really not that bad. Once you get used to its suddenness It’s quite easy to deal with.”??
“I find that men are hotter. The taste is even better…”??
“Smells and tastes like spa water”??
“Fried mushrooms dipped in dishwashing liquid”??
“Sometimes it’s sour. but in a good way If I use flavored lubricants It usually tastes like a lubricant. which is a bonus”??
“For me, beer stinks. I’m going to pull and muzzle that trash all over his pub.”
“Tried mine a few days ago on purpose. It’s not that exciting.”??
“When it tastes ‘good’ it… tastes like semen. What can I say? Bad times are so bitter that you choke.”??
“It was the weirdest taste… It always makes me want root beer.”??
“Best: Rare, sweet, slightly salty, and bitter, like dark chocolate and sea salt. The consistency of cream to liquid
Good: Normal. Bitter, salty, slightly lemony, slightly powdery flavor, liquid consistency.
Bad: Unusual, very salty, very bitter, somewhat garlicky, slightly rotten. Always thick and lumpy”??
“My ex used to say mine had mint-like qualities. Has anyone experienced that event???
“My SO tastes like snot and lightly mixed walnuts.” ??
“I had an ex-girlfriend describe my scent as a ‘Warm sourdough bread’”??
“As my girlfriend told me. It tastes like a slightly ripe mango. Last night she told me that when she cut a little ripe mango and told me to try”??
“It might not be everyone. But of course it’s very common. The taste *and smell* comes from a few amines like sperm, cadverine and putressine. These fundamental products of protein breakdown also help buffer the acidic environment of the vagina so that sperm can survive swimming. For what it’s worth, semen can be sweetened with a lot of the sugar it contains.”??
“Ask your mother. You know what my taste is.”??
“Mermaid Tears Who just took the burden in their eyes”??
That’s what she said. *or he said*! as you can see Everyone has their own experience with the taste of the best. So what’s the overall taste like?
Maybe not that good, let’s be honest here!
This is something we all want to know. Most women do not accept such a simple explanation – the sperm is a little salty.
and it makes sense Because just like every woman has different tastes there. Men are no different either. Every man may have his own trademarked taste. But the bigger question is Why does it taste like it’s eaten?
You have to remember that a man literally “produces” his sperm. A man produces a large amount of chemicals to produce sperm. and large amounts of fluid to produce semen and when combined You have a unique taste of cum. Combine this with the fact that several other fluids are added from the prostrate glands and seminal vesicles, which add several acids and minerals to the mix.
in general The taste of cum was a mixture of saltiness, bitterness, and sweetness due to the sugar in his body. But they may not always be balanced to give you a good taste.
no one knows for sure But there is a clear correlation between lifestyle and diet for men. with the taste of his courage The food you eat affects the taste and smell of sweat, saliva, and other bodily fluids. Therefore, there is a possibility that the sperm are not different.
It is known that the pH of the sperm is between 7.2 to 8.0, which means it is basic or slightly alkaline. Just to dust off your chemistry at the pH level. 1 to 14 7 is the taste of water whatever is under 7 It’s sour and what’s more. 7 The taste is alkaline, which is bitter. And since the sperm is officially above the pH of . 7, it is slightly alkaline.
If it’s not clear Think of the smell of chlorine or ammonia, which are alkaline and likely smell like semen. Although the semen is much weaker Because the amount of water will dilute the smell and taste.
If the semen you touch to taste or smell sweet This may be due to fructose. *That day he ate fruit* And if the taste was a little bad Maybe the man with the penis attached eats a lot of milk or meat . But if it smells very fishy or smelly Maybe it’s time for you to get tested for STIs. He might just have an STD or some kind of bacterial infection.
Semen tastes differently depending on how your body makes it using foods and hormones and substances that are present in your body.
If you want to know specific fruits and vegetables to avoid or eat more. Here are a few rules to follow that may help you in your quest for the ultimate in flavor!
Citrus fruits and pineapples are acidic. and because the semen is alkaline It is believed that eating pineapple can lower the pH of your semen to a more palatable level.
The stronger the smell The more likely your sperm will taste and smell, the worse. Think broccoli, garlic, onions.
Dairy products and meat are said to negatively affect the taste of sperm. as well as stronger alcohol. *Beer and wine don’t have much effect on semen*
If you feel your body odor getting stronger on some days Chances are your guts will smell and taste funky too. Science doesn’t know why But if bodily fluids seem abnormal It is possible that the sexual fluid is also extinguished.
Although there is a belief that semen tastes better when men eat large amounts of pineapple. But that doesn’t mean you have to get the real pineapple flavor. This is because the fructose in the fruit will make the cum taste a little sweeter.
everything depends on chemistry And here’s what you can do to get the perfect flavor for you. Whether you like snot, potatoes, or gargle in cum. There is a way for you or your partner to blow a pleasurable burden on your two senses. [Read: How to get your girl to give you head and love it! ]

You've all heard the pineapple myth, right?
Ask a room full of people: "What does cum taste like to you?" And you’ll likely get a wild range of answers. Responses ranging from: "Like accidentally swallowing sea water" to "Salty. Gloopy.” So, clearly, there’s no one definitive answer but are there any rules on what healthy semen should taste like? And could factors like diet or eating certain foods (we're all aware of the pineapple 'myth', right?) make it better. Curious? Here's some expert advice...
Dr Shirin Larkhani, a general practitioner explains that although semen taste can vary hugely from one person to another, there are certain common tastes that indicate semen is healthy.
"Several fluids combine with sperm to make semen, each influence the way it tastes," she says. "The sperm pass through the vas deferens and into the ampulla - where an antioxidant that develops in mushrooms is produced. This may give semen a slightly mushroomy taste.
"The ampulla also adds fructose which may create a sweeter taste. When someone ejaculates more bodily fluids are added from the prostate gland and seminal vesicles which can again alter the taste and smell. It has a bleach like smell due to the alkaline content."
She also says healthy semen is "usually cloudy white or grey fluid which is thicker than water, and almost jelly-like", but that it can be a little yellowy, too.
You've probably heard the rumour that pineapple can make someone's semen taste nicer. So is there any truth in it? "Although there is no conclusive scientific evidence to prove this, it stands to reason that foods with a strong taste or smell will, in turn, affect the taste and smell of semen," Dr Larkhani says.
"'Strong-tasting vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, garlic and caffeine may make semen taste or smell unpleasant. Whereas pineapple, oranges and other sweet fruits may make it taste sweeter. This is largely due to how the enzymes in the food break down and affect proteins, thus impacting on the smell and taste. This is highly subjective though, just as our tastes vary with food it's logical that our tastes in semen does too."
General practitioner Dr Diana Gall agrees, saying semen can have a bitter taste because it is an alkaline - and that this is why eating acidic foods like food could change the taste. "Although, you’d need to consume a lot of these foods to notice a change in the taste," she adds.
"Being hydrated or dehydrated also has an effect on the taste of your semen, the more hydrated you are the milder the taste will be. Healthier diets are more likely to produce better tasting semen that’s less bitter.”
"Our bodies are usually a great judge of smells and tastes that aren't right, for example we can smell when meat has gone off or when something is rotten in the fridge," she explains. "Likewise, if semen smells rotten, foul or fishy then something isn't right. It could be that there is an infection so it's a good idea to seek medical advice."
The above smells could be the sign of an infection or STI , Dr Larkhani explains. It could even be a bacterial infection - and this is more likely if the semen owner is also noticing discharge or itching. If you're concerned, seek medical advice.
"As a wife who has done this experiment with my husband, I can confirm this is true. Hubby started drinking about two cups of pineapple juice/day for several weeks and I wasn’t sure I could really taste a difference. We did this for about six months, then he stopped drinking it for several months.
"It was during that time that I could definitely taste a huge difference. It had a zing to it if that makes any sense. So, he went back to drinking the juice and it tastes much better. It still doesn’t taste 'good' because at the end of the day, it’s still cum. However, the juice makes it takes like warm nothing. Like it has no flavour. Much preferred." [via]
"It’s true, it definitely tastes different depending on what the person has eaten. I also did not fully realise how foul it tasted when a person smokes, until my partner stopped smoking a few years back. Massive improvement." [via]
"My first boyfriend was vegan, and I didn’t mind the taste of his cum at all... it was kind of a shock once I started fucking guys who ate meat. Huge difference." [via]

And what's the deal with that pineapple rumor, anyway?
If you're reading this, it's because you're at least a little curious about what semen tastes like. And that's normal! In the course of a sex session that involves a penis, there are various ways for cum to enter mouth territory, whether it's spitting or swallowing after a blowjob or playing with bodily fluids, one of the most common sexual kinks among American adults. Whether you're wondering how your partner likes your own semen, or you're planning to get up close and personal with someone else's junk, we're here to help you learn more about the taste of semen.
It's not all sperm. In fact, sperm is a very small part of the milky fluid that comes out of your penis when you ejaculate.
"Semen is a combination of water, plasma, and mucus," says Jamin Brahmbhatt, MD, a urologist at Orlando Health and assistant professor at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. The fluids in semen come from the testicles, seminal vesicles, prostate, and urethral glands.
Semen contains very small amounts of nutrients, including fructose, glucose, calcium, protein, Vitamin, C, and zinc, Brahmbhatt says. But don't believe the myth about semen being a good source of nutrition.
"The nutrients within semen are not sufficient for a daily diet," he warns. "There are a lot of online articles promoting semen as a source of protein. Stick to protein shakes, or other sources; the amount of protein in semen is negligible."
Scientists apparently have more pressing matters to study than the taste of semen. "There is no structured research looking at what semen should or does taste like," Brahmbhatt says. "Most of the information out there is based on shared personal experiences."
We searched "what does semen taste like?" on Reddit, and—not shockingly at all—found a bounty of answers from random internet users.
Some people have highlighted certain savory flavor notes. "A little salty, but also it's got this kind of umami to it?" one person wrote . "The fluid itself is very viscous and it'll kind of take over your whole palette once you've tasted it." Another Redditor described it as tasting "like a salty gun that just went off in your mouth," which inspired this response from someone else: "It's like a warm loogie."
But other people have said it doesn't have much of a taste at all. "I tried my own," one person volunteered . "It didn't really have a taste—a little bitter, but thats it." Another user said , "Kinda depends on the guy. I've had some that didn't taste like anything at all, besides a bit salty."
Normal semen is slightly alkaline, with a pH in the 7.2-8 range, according to Brahmbhatt. "Water, which is neither acidic nor alkaline, has a pH of 7," he explains. "So just by thinking of it this way, semen may taste just like water, which for the average person takes like nothing."
Remember, taste varies from person to person. "Some say semen tastes sweet, which could be due to the sugar content of semen," Brahmbhatt says. "Others have said semen tastes bitter, metallic, or sour, which could be based on individual taste buds or the alkaline nature of semen."
A person's perception of taste also depends on what they've recently eaten and how hydrated they are. "If you are dehydrated and just had onion rings then semen is likely going to taste different than when you are hydrated and just had a salad," Brahmbhatt says.
You might have heard the rumor that eating loads of pineapple can improve the taste of your cum . While there isn't any science to support the specific link between pineapple and sweeter semen, "we do know that diet can affect the taste and smell of your body fluids," Brahmbhatt says. "Extrapolating from this, you can hypothesize that the flavor of semen can be altered by diet."
Onion, garlic, asparagus, dairy products, certain meats, and certain fruits (including orange, papaya, and—yes—pineapple) are all known
