Walgreens: they have their own coupon books and on aisles other coupon books.
Register rewards: You can't use them on the same item so normally you would "roll" them and so for example
Crest toothpaste is 1.19 and it is printing a 1.50 register reward and then there's mouth wash for 1.50 you would use your 1.50 from toothpaste and let's say it is printing a 1.00 register reward you would go back and fourth seperate transactions up to 4 times each that day. If you use the one on the tooth paste on the toothpaste it will not print another register reward.
With walgreens you can use a coupon on a free item as long as the coupon does not exceed the price.
Rite aid: Rite aid is similar with register rewards but you can't use the register reward that day.

Target has them online and some times words like "offers" to 827438
When using coupons you can do one manufacture coupon and one store coupon per item.
With target since its a percent with cartwheel that can be combined.
Safeway: Safeway will double a manufacture coupon from the paper not printable up to .50 and 4 times a total of $2.00 a day depending what the coupon you have is a $1/1 will double $1.50/1 unless the coupon says do no double normally at coustomer service they have the ads with doublers.
The limit on coupons normally is 4 like coupons per day some are per transaction depends the store and what the coupon states. Like meaning of same coupon.

If you have a wireless printer you can use your phone and computer if you have apple devices you can print

2 on you phone, 2 from your others iphone, 2 on your computer, and 2 from a Ipad

I have had to go on Hpconnected.com and go to savings center and print from there. With android its 2 per account with the printer. This is just one printer and the prints
