Ashley Strohmier, an American journalist, anchor, reporter, and anchor who has won numerous awards, currently works as an anchor overnight and news correspondent at FOX News Channel (FNC), New York. In March 2020, she joined the station. She was formerly a general assignment reporter at KMIZ-TV in Columbia, Missouri, and an anchor at ABC (ABC). Strohmier was a Miss Missouri finalist in 2010 and won the Miss Missouri pageant.
Strohmier joined KMIZ-TV in Columbia, Missouri as a general assignment reporter/anchor covering crime and state and local politics in 2013. Strohmier won the Kansas City Press Club award for 2014 for her in-depth reporting about the state’s Department of Social Services.
The Missouri Broadcasters Association presented her with the 2019 Best News Anchor Award for her work as an evening anchor. Strohmier held other titles during her time at the ABC. She was a solo anchor for News This Morning and produced, anchored, and managed its daily content.
Strohmier was a host at Columbia, Missouri FOX-affiliated TV station FOX 22 before joining KMIZ-TV. There, she broadcast live from the scene of various state news events. She joined FOX News Channel (FNC) as an overnight anchor, and news correspondent, in March 2020.
Ashley crowned Miss Missouri USA in 2010. Ashley was Miss Missouri USA and traveled throughout Missouri and the surrounding States to host events, speak at public events, and graduate ceremonies.
