Enjoy other amenities during your stay, including indoor ping pong, sand or water volleyball, and horseshoes. Interior highlights include an in-unit washer/dryer, a new kitchen, and a magnificent master en-suite. Just a 9 minute drive north or south you will find convenient amenities and discerning dining options in Port Aransas or Corpus Christi. Mustang Island State Park is just 3.8 miles away.
LIVING AREA
The Mayan Princess one bedroom condos boast large open concept living spaces. MP213 is a newly remodeled condo with Queen sized sleeper sofa and twin over twin bunk beds in the living area. There is cable service and a large wall mounted flat panel television. Extra seating include two occasional chairs with table and tasteful beach art and decor. Panoramic views from the private balcony.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Whether sitting at the dining table for four or cooking up dinner in this newly renovated custom kitchen, You will catch yourself gazing out at the Gulf of Mexico. This custom kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances, breakfast bar style granite counters, updated cabinets, and kitchen amenities to make you feel at home.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat panel television, new flooring, and ample storage for all your clothes and suitcases. There is a privacy door between the bedroom and bathroom/vanity area. The bathroom has a walk in shower with barn doors and a spa like feel.

Fishing enthusiasts in your group will find ample opportunities nearby to make the perfect catch. Drive 4 minutes South to Mustang Island State Park to explore the local flora and fauna of the South Texas Coast. Or spend the day visiting the Port Aransas Nature Preserve and Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center (10.5 miles). Tee off at the newly redesigned Palmilla Beach Golf Course (6.7 miles).

We have stayed on Mustang Island several times, however this was our first time at the Mayan Princess. We enjoyed our stay at MP123 and its location on the property. It was nicely decorated and clean. We liked having multiple pool areas to choose from and the boardwalk made it easy to haul our wagon loaded with beach gear down to the beach.
