A 63-year-old grandmother has a bikini body that makes jaws drop.
Wendy Ida says she is not ashamed to show off her body.
She says she use to weigh 200 pounds but the Los Angeles native slimmed down to 125 pounds with diet and exercise .
“I absolutely feel better now, at 63 years old in a bikini, than I did when I was 33,” she said.
Another ageless wonder is Rebecca LaNasa. At 74, the Florida grandma has a six-pack. Her granddaughter, Jackie, who also stuns in a bikini, chalks it up to good genes.
Suzanne Goodrich is 64. The former handbag designer maintains her fit physique by hitting the gym in Los Angeles three times a week.
“I have three grandchildren, 8, 10, and 16 and they think nanna's hot,” she admitted. “I feel healthy, I feel beautiful.”
Gail McGhie and her 18-year-old granddaughter, Payton, showed off their bikini bodies at the rooftop pool of New York’s Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel.
Payton admitted that her grandmother “looks better than me.”
Gail is a personal trainer so she knows how to stay in shape and even trains her granddaughter.

Not that you need an occasion to celebrate hot grandmas, but we’ve got one: July 23 is National Gorgeous Grandma Day.
Indeed, celebs seem to have been priming us for the holiday with sexy Instagram snaps. Martha Stewart, a 78-year-old grandmother of two, posted a pouty photo of herself wearing icy lipstick and eyeshadow in her pool, and earned more than 147,000 likes and comments praising her as a “queen.”
And actresses Susan Lucci, 73, and Jane Seymour, 69, sent out steamy swimsuit snaps earlier this month. “All My Chlidren” star Lucci, who has four grandkids, wore a sleek, black one-piece she first donned in a 2018 photoshoot for Harper’s Bazaar . “I feel as good now as I ever did in my 20s and 30s, maybe even better physically,” she said at the time.
And Seymour, a former Bond Girl and a grandma of six, posed confidently in a scarlet strapless suit by the pool in Malibu.
Today, The Post celebrates a handful of bodacious bubbes from all over the country who are sizzling this summer.
“Some people think I’m the mom of my 17-year-old grandson,” said Feinberg, a longtime Upper East Sider and grandmother of four who’s been married for 31 years to her second husband.
During al fresco breakfasts at the Mark Hotel, Feinberg wears her leather shorts, heels and signature sunglasses and watches the reaction. “Heads still turn,” said the lifelong fashionista and former handbag designer.
“Today, I feel better and sexier than ever. I’m so sure of who I am and sure of my look,” she said. “I dress as young as my 12- and 14-year-old granddaughters, who want to borrow my clothes and love to shop with me.”
Despite her love of fashion, she’s not a girly-girl: A 30-year Knicks season ticket holder, Feinberg says people are often impressed with her sports know-how.
And she’s got moves: “All four grandkids say I’m cool and sexy, but I still play basketball and teach them to tango.”
The grandmother of three and Mexico native modeled in her teens, but “she’s every bit as sexy now,” said her son Antonio Estrada, who is a fashion designer. “She wears bikinis and crop tops. She’s a smoke show.”
The single mother of five, who had her first child at 17, devoted her life to her children. “She’s finally living in her 50s,” added Estrada of his beauty-queen mom, who still enters local pageants.
Martinez’s routine would make most millennials blush: She wakes up at 5 a.m. and climbs San Diego’s San Miguel Mountain for four hours a day, five days a week. For Martinez, getting older isn’t a punishment. “The more I age, the more beautiful I feel. I feel more beautiful on every birthday,” she said. “I don’t limit myself based on my age.”
A self-described “bon vivant,” the jazz blues singer, who lives in Chelsea, has no trouble keeping up with her granddaughter Ava, 6. “I’ve taught her how to skateboard. I did it when I was a kid and when I bought her her first one, I bought myself one, too,” Friedewald said, adding, “I’m kind of a young grandma.”
Her fountain-of-youth secret? “I drink tons of water and always have. It’s so important to flush out the toxins,” said Friedewald, who normally works out about 20 hours a week — she’s also a personal trainer who sees private clients — and loves to bike ride around the city with Ava.
“I put her on the back seat of my bike and we go.”
“I feel sexier and more focused as a grandmother,” said Stokes, a mother of three who lives in Atlanta and has a 5-year-old granddaughter.
The flamboyant and outgoing travel blogger, who is vacationing in Jamaica, admitted that her 28-year-old daughter is her “opposite — no visible tattoos and very soft-spoken. No one believes she’s my child.” She also has a 31-year-old son who people assume is her husband when they’re out together. “People are shocked” when they find out she’s his mom.
Being a grandma has also upped her swagger. “Since I was 15, I had chores, diaper bags, purses and car seats all the time,” she said. “I feel younger now; I’ve learned how to sway with a sexy walk in my old age, hands free.”
The Great Neck, LI, resident earned the nickname “Sexygrandi,” a play on her name and her status as grandma to her 1-year-old grandson, whom she loves “ more than anything in the world.”
“I’m always a party girl,” she said. “I’m always the first on the dance floor for a wedding or bat mitzvah.”
And Luxenberg’s home is turning into quite the scene: Her entire family moved in during lockdown, swelling her two-person household — she lives with her husband of 35 years — to eight.
“She’s wild, fun and super kind,” said friend Kim Towers, owner of Runway Couture dress shop in Bellmore, LI, who’s made dozens of couture dresses for her. ”She’s Long Island’s version of Carrie Bradshaw. She’s totally glam and has a grand personality, too.”
Luxenberg said she’s hit her stride at 60. “I take more risks now,” she said. “I’m confident. I’m not afraid to get what I want.”
