A STABLE worker was filmed having sex with a HORSE then burning down its stables in an attempt to hide what he had done.
The man was caught on camera apparently mounting the unsuspecting animal, which was trapped between two fences in a field beside the stables.
It is alleged that after the man had committed the sickening act of bestiality he realised that he had been filmed on a CCTV camera.
He is accused of attempting to destroy the evidence by setting fire to the stables in the village of Urshakbashkaramily in south-central Russia's Republic of Bashkorkostan region.
It is thought his plan backfired after police were called in to investigate the suspected arson.
They immediately checked the CCTV cameras and found footage of him apparently having sex with a horse.
Police arrested the man, who is believed to have a girlfriend, although it is unclear whether she is standing by him.
They have yet to make a decision over whether to charge the man, whose name has not been made public.
Photos which appear to show the man having sex with the horse were later uploaded online.
The man, who is thought to have worked with the horses, is seen wearing full-body waterproofs.
He can be seen approaching one of the animals from behind and pulling down his trousers.
The man then appears to begin having sex with the horse, holding the fence to keep his balance.
Social media users were shocked by the images.
One called "Vorchu" said: "It is a shame that the horse did not hit kick him between his legs after what he had done to it."
Another called "Drakula007" added: "I bet this dude no longer has a girlfriend."
In September it was reported that a South African man was jailed for kidnapping and raping a donkey under orders of his local witch doctor.
Ntando Mankungwini, 23, romped with the beast in a secluded area of Eastern Cape Town's Moreneng Village after a faith healer told him intercourse with the animal would make him stronger.
