I went to this hotel with a couple friends. We went to the Carl's Jr. Which is right next door and on our way back across the parking lot we were approached by a pretty girl, she looked young, like early 20's. She asked us if we wanted to hang out, well being 3 single guys we asked if she had friends, she laughed and said of course, so we ended up going to her room, there was 3 girls one looked to be late teen Agee, and the other looked as if she was 13. They asked if we had money to play, we all got up and walked out. I called the front desk and told them what was going on. They did absolutely nothing. Also there's a lot of pot smoking that happens there. Will NEVER go here again.More

Quality Inn wasn't this time. Although we've stayed there before and found it a quality buy, not this time. Salt was missing from the breakfast bar for three days. When we made inquiry, answer was: sorry about that, we don't have any. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Had to unplug the microwave to charge the phone. Internet disconnected and there was one less hand towel among the bunch tossed on a shelf after the second day.... Not our usual good experience with quality inns. Response at the desk: minimal.

The room I had was not yet remodeled. It was nice enough but needed some work. The outlets were loose and wouldn't hold the plugs well except in the bathroom by the mirror. I mentioned this at checkout when they inquired about the room and she explained they are in the process of upgrading the electrical; assuring me this will be improved the next time I stay there. The bathroom fan was very noisy and I suspect this will be part of the remodel. The TV was an older model but worked fine, though available channels were limited - about what I would expect for this price range. The room was clean and had both shower and tub. Wifi worked great. At checkin I encountered one of the nicest young men at the front desk (it was evening) who was new to the area from Tennessee and I appreciated his southern hospitality. He asked about my trip so far and was genuinely interested, asking me specific questions about what I had liked and didn't. He encouraged me to ask if there was anything i needed and seemed to welcome it when I actually did. He was a credit to this property. Breakfast was a cut above continental with well-stocked items including protein (sausage and scrambled egg). Often we only get carbs and yogurt so it was nice to have a protein option. I didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. I find I can usually depend on a comfortable stay when I use a Quality Inn. I am from Utah and almost all the rooms around here are single king or double queen. This room was a single queen. I was surprised but as I spent a few days in California I found this was not uncommon.
Room tip: If you want a room for two with more space than a single queen bed, you should ask for it. Apparently this is standard double occupancy.

I use this hotel twice there is nothing that fancy but very clean and supplied well good service and the staff are very friendly and i would like to visit there again on my next visit to my family and friend

There's nothing fancy here but it worked well. The room was cleaned well and all of the staff was great... The internet service worked very well. The TV was a newer flat screen but on the small side. The furniture is getting pretty bad, very old but while I was there they were unloading a large truck load of new furniture so it looks like they're gradually upgrading the rooms. That'll be nice. Breakfast wasn't bad as they had scrambled eggs & sausage along with fruits, etc. Yes, I'll stay here again the next time I'm in town.

I stay at this hotel quite often, I prefer it over extended stay, way better staff, management is very helpful in making sure I have the best stay possible. There's a nice complimentary breakfast which I always love!! Refrigerator and microwave in every room, if your a choice privilege member you can rack up points to receive free nights. Raj is so sweet! Always in the best mood! Its close to downtown, and they even have a shuttle service for the airport. My car has never encountered any problems, and I love how if you pay cash you receive your deposit at check out, unlike extended stay. Overall I've been pleased with my stay here, its reasonable, and I will continue to stay here.
