You will probably find great cards in other sites, but these two are by far, the biggest galleries in the internet.
It is really easy, these are the steps you must follow
Pretty Obvious, but yes download the card (image file) or the cards you want
Place (copy & paste) the images (cards) in UserData > Chara > Female or Male Folders
It’s quite easy, but read the descriptions of the cards, because some of them require plugins or mods. But if you just want to install cards, thats it: Download + Copy & Paste

Ok, seam finaly the script from ninja ripper can be load in blender with out fuck up the coordinate texture.

script here .....but there a problem some texture in honey select are only normal map so black and white, when you export the model from neo the texture don't save the actual color from the characters you made but the standard texture that you can get from the file unity3d.
Screen in blender, screen in HS neo i used skin from lre mod for honey select.
So export the model and texture but not the actual color change from game.
The only solution is use a 2d program and edit the white color same from the game.....
