It’s not that they’re an entirely different entity from It’s just that they seemed to have (partially) moved on, at least in the studio.

This is a much more "vocal" album, with the band blending a lot of vocals and lyrics into the pulsating electronics. It's not the first time that "words" have appeared in Holy F songs, but they are doing a lot more with them this time. They're treated as another instrument, and they work perfectly to paint the grand aesthetic of the album.
