Iniziò la sua carriera come danzatrice in bikini e spogliarellista per poi cominciare la sua avventura nel cinema porno nel 1992 . Inizialmente, per distinguersi si tinse i capelli di biondo ma successivamente, dopo un intervento di chirurgia plastica al seno , è tornata al colore naturale, scuro. Holly Body fu una delle pornodive più famose degli anni novanta (insieme a Kylie Ireland , Asia Carrera , Jenna Jameson ed altre) [ senza fonte ] , lavorò sia negli Stati Uniti d'America che in Europa e riuscì a farsi concedere facoltosi contratti dalle case di distribuzione delle pellicole.

Holly grew up in a conservative family and graduated from North Hollywood Senior High School in 1988. She was attending Santa Monica Community College and working as a waitress at a Mexican restaurant as well as working part time as both a stripper and bikini dancer when she was approached by adult film actor/director Lance Heywood about pursuing a career in porn. Holly first began performing in explicit hardcore movies in her early 20's in 1992; she appeared in a huge volume of X-rated features for such notable companies as Vivid, Sin City, Adam & Eve, Notorious, Totally Tasteless, and Leisure Time Entertainment.
