2. General Provisions

2.1. This Policy applies to all users who access and use Hold on Platform.

2.2. By continuing to access Hold, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.

2.3. This Policy does not override or replace the Telegram Privacy Policy, Telegram Bot Terms, or Telegram Mini App Terms.

2.4. Hold does not collect or process sensitive personal data, such as passwords, private keys, or biometric information.

2.5. This Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of Hold following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such updates.

3. Data We Collect

3.1. Hold collects only data necessary for its functionality, which may include:

(a) Telegram User ID and display name;

(b) User activity within Hold (e.g., game progress, advertisement views, referred users);

(c) Public blockchain wallet address, if voluntarily connected by User.

3.2. No private keys, login credentials, or biometric identifiers are collected or stored.

3.3. Data may also be collected automatically through interactions with the app interface.

4. Use of Data

4.1. Collected data is used solely to:

(a) Track game progress and XP;

(b) Display and manage reward-based advertisements;

(c) Attribute referral rewards and bonuses;

(d) Monitor for abuse, fraud, or suspicious behavior;

(e) Facilitate token withdrawals, where applicable.

4.2. We do not use collected data for profiling, resale, or external monetization.

5. Wallet Connections

5.1. If User connects a wallet, Hold accesses only the public address.

5.2. Hold does not request, collect, or store private keys or seed phrases.

5.3. Wallet connections are optional and may be revoked by User at any time.

6. Advertising

6.1. Hold displays reward-based advertisements via third-party providers.

6.2. These providers may use cookies or anonymous identifiers for personalization and frequency capping.

6.3. Users may choose to skip ads, but doing so may limit in-app rewards and progression.

7. Rewards and Payouts

7.1. Tokens or rewards accumulated in Hold do not guarantee any monetary value.

7.2. Availability of withdrawals, token pricing, and eligibility criteria may change at any time.

7.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue rewards without prior notice.

8. Data Retention

8.1. User data is retained for as long as the account remains active.

8.2. Accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be deleted, along with associated data.

9. User Rights

9.1. Users may:

(a) Request a copy of their personal data;

(b) Request deletion of their data and account;

(c) Revoke wallet access or disconnect it at any time.

9.2. To exercise these rights, Users may contact support via in-app messaging or through t.me/supphold.

9.3. We will respond to lawful requests in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
