Hoa Phat is the leading industrial manufacturing group in Vietnam. Originating as a construction machine and equipment trading company in August 1992, Hoa Phat has gradually expanded its business to trading and production of Furniture, Steel Pipe , Steel, Refrigeration, Real Estate and Agriculture. Since November 15, 2007, Hoa Phat has been officially listed on the Stock Exchange under the stock ticker symbol ‘HPG’.
Currently, Hoa Phat Group has 11 member companies with about 20,000 employees, operating nationwide and 01 office in Singapore. Steel production is the core, accounting for over 80% revenue and profit of the Group. The main products in Hoa Phat's steel production chain include construction steel, hot rolled coil (HRC), prestressed concrete steel, drawn steel wire, steel pipe and color-coated corrugated iron. Due to a total capacity of over 7 million tons of steel, Hoa Phat Group is the largest manufacturer of construction steel and steel pipes in Vietnam with market share of 25% and 30% respectively. Hoa Phat Furniture leads the market share of office furniture.

We enjoyed our stay the staff were helpful ... but it was difficult to get from HCM to Hotel, it was on some sort of one-way system that drivers found tricky to navigate. Bedrooms were fine, the pool was basic but clean and open late into the evening.

I cant believe so many people rate thiz as excellent but if you look af how many reviews each of these excellent ratings come from you start to suspect a gaming of TripAdvisor here. Staff are ok but don't speak much English Facilities are old tired and breaking down to an completely inferior standard even for Vietnam. Door lock was falling off the door. bathroom was hardly functional where water goes all over the floor creating a slipping hazard. shower head doesn't stay fixed hence the water problem. we wanted to cook pancakes in the morning and the gas stove didn't work. the guy came to apparently fix it. Didn't fixit and had to get him back to find he was lighting it with a cigarette liter. Location is15 m from airport and is its only redeeming feature. Vietnam people only I would think …

Too far from the main attraction in SGN, if youre a backpacker this is not recommended for you. You will spend most of your budget in taxi/grab/transportation. Receptionist staff are accommodating but will not give you consideration if you have a late flight going to your homeland. Rooms are ok, nice bathroom, very spacious.

We stayed at Hoa Phat hotel for 4 nights at the start of our holiday, having previously stayed in the centre of Ho Chi Minh. The hotel itself is charming. Old and a little dated, but this is what gives it its character. The room was very large and well equipped with a little balcony. A swimming pool in a budget hotel is a luxury in hot Saigon and this pool didn’t disappoint. Simple, but ample breakfast and helpful staff who went out of their way to be helpful, although there was a language barrier at times. Having read about the manager Mr Jimmy in previous reviews, we did not come across him during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, who want a peaceful break, but who understand that the hotel is not in a central location. Thank you to everyone at Hoa Phat hotel. I’m sure we will return. …
Room Tip: A room overlooking the river was nice.
Really nice hotel.We had a great room. Very clean. Excellent breakfast too. Swimming pool was relaxing. Staff are very friendly.Welcome host gave us some great tips to travel the local area. Stored our bags for free all day on the day we checked out as we had a late flight out. Great location in Hochiminh.I would highly recommend staying here.
