４歳よりピアノ教育、小学期には打楽器、管楽器、ジャズダンスレッスンを受ける。ミュージカル「Sound Of Music」に感銘を受け、本格的にミュージカルの発声歌唱法・演技技術を学び１６歳で大手プロに所属。「サウンドオブミュージック」ブリギッタ役、「ヘンゼルとグレーテル」ヘンゼル役等、ミュージカル・ストレートともに多数の商業演劇に出演。高校大学時代では技術以外に音楽教育についても学ぶ。
９年間の公務員期を経て２００４年より、舞台役者、ジャズボーカリストとして、関東圏・愛知県を中心に、舞台公演・ホテルラウンジ・ジャズバー・パーティー・ミュージカルショーなどに出演。役者ならではの深みある表現力と心地良いスウィング感には定評がある。営業バンドにも所属しvo.key.per.にて全国演奏活動中。一流ミュージシャン、役者との共演機会をいただきながら日々研鑽を積んでいる。
また、舞台演出・ミュージカルプロデュース・歌唱指導・イベントMC・式典司会・アフレコ・ナレーション・企業研修の講師を務めるほか、養成所講師としてタレント・役者・ミュージシャン等後進の育成にも力を注いでいる。丸美屋ミュージカル「アニー2019」ジュライ役にて生徒出演。2022年公開超大型映画に生徒主演クラスにて出演決定。
